The hotel has good service and a pleasant ambiance. However, scheduled activities were not followed. The violin performance set for 20:00 was significantly delayed, and inquiries to staff went unanswered. The setup only began at 21:30. Additionally, some staff behavior with guests was unprofessional and inappropriate.

The resort was wonderful. The layout was easy to navigate and you are never far from anything. Being shared access with the family side the stay is what you make it. You can go to the other side and be a part of the entertainment or stay on the adult side all day and relax. We loved it. Highly recommend and will be returning to this resort.

The resort was great overall. The facility and rooms were kept clean, the food was good and the alcohol kept flowing. However, the staff made our visit amazing. Everyone was so friendly and always ensuring you were having a good time. If you go to Serenade all suites make sure you meet the enetertainment staff; Shark,Chola and Nutella) Alberto was great at the buffets making sure all was organized and the pool bartenders; Louis, Kerlin, Oscar and Omar were awesome. The staff made our vacation so much fun, definitely going back.
Garden view swim up was well worth it. Quiet evenings in room and walk around to pool side for entertainment events

Resort is well maintained, staff and service lack friendliness and speed of service and tipping didn’t help, 1 decent night of entertainment but all other entertainment was lackluster, food is sustenance but nothing to brag about, alcohol runs out often at busy bars, Adult side was calm, Family side had more action, Disco was decent, hot tubs on the balcony do not have heaters so draining/filling is required and the fill spigot is standard flow, DO NOT go to the clinic if sick, staff is not trained for basic medical care.

Room was great plenty big staff was friendly. Food was terrible very small portions in restaurants. Buffet was ok but food was often cold. They didn't know what ice tea is at all. Place was large alot of walking. Massage in spa was awful overpriced in middle of my massage she left for 5 min to go to bathroom ruined the mood. Never have I had that happened in my life. One pool was for elite if you paid extra you could go in that pool. Jacuzzis did work at main pool or in the spa no attempt was being made to fix them. Drinks were ok no entertainment to speak of at nite. Would I come back to this resort no way.

We had a perfect honeymoon here! Our first time at an all inclusive - we enjoyed going to all the restaurants and especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool that staying on the adults side gives you access to. Our bathroom door latch was broken and there are definitely areas that could use some maintenance upkeep, however overall we found the staff to be super friendly and happy to help, the food and drink options good, and the atmosphere relaxing just like we wanted! Would recommend the swim up room - that was wonderful to have our own pool to retreat to if we needed a break from the common areas.

I had to call to get my room cleaned and mini bar refilled . Staff was more interested talking among themselves than tending to the customers. Ordered a beer with the pool waiter 20 minutes went by and I had to go get it myself. When I got to the bar he was just there conversating with a coworker and when he saw me he turned the other way. Staff wasn’t to friendly. The resort wasn’t that busy to be ignored by the that waiter. It happened multiple times on different days.

Our room on arrival did not have bath towels and it had half drunken sodas in the mini refig. The nightlife was poor. Most people were just sitting around playing cards. The pools were great and beach was pretty good. Bars were great to get drinks. Service at buffet was terrible, hard to get drinks of any kind and food was ok not great. Specialty Restaurants were good for food and service but you're limited on how many reservations you can make per stay. Loved La Palapa was great for lunch and dinner. We enjoyed the poke bowl for lunch almost every day.

The room was clean. The service was not that great and they barely clean the rooms when they’re doing maid service. The food selection was good and our package allowed us access to both sides of the resort. The property itself was beautiful and relaxing and had some fun activities. The staff do not tell you much about events or access to things that you have. it also felt very safe as the staff and security made sure when you were leaving and coming back if you left the resort.
