The staffs did not have training - They talked to make up a story -( it means a liar ) A beautiful view and room were so good but the service were very bad . Amenities were not much kinds - it must have bubble bath or salt bath ( it has two bath tubs ) My room were booked master suite and paid extra moneys but it wasted moneys .

This was my second stay at Serenade All Suites, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful! I stayed from October 18 to 28, 2025, and everything was just as perfect as I remembered. The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained — it truly feels like a luxury getaway. The food was delicious every day, with plenty of variety and great presentation. I especially loved the à la carte restaurants and the friendly service at every meal. The beach is gorgeous and relaxing, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the Caribbean sunshine. The staff deserve special mention — they’re always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help with anything you need. You can tell they really care about guests having a great experience. Overall, Serenade All Suites continues to be one of my favorite places in Punta Cana. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, adults-only vacation with great service, food, and comfort. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

The staff most can’t speak English. When I checked in you call it VIP ????? No welcome drink , no one even come to say Hi , the service not even in order. It Not first come. First serve. We come with a group 12 people when he checked in fist 3 couple then Somme one jumb in and check for them first. We have to wait again. ) maybe they have money first ???? Room service ???? We Oder the food for 2 hours. Nothing happen then it not even come any food Room clean ???? 1 st day no towels 2 nd day. Room not clean then we ask to clean she said 5 minutes. We wait for the other 2 hours not even come and clean. We have to just change the towel ourselves. Dining. Booking. ??? 3 days we booked all waiting and waiting. At least 30 minutes before get in the restaurant. No entertainment at all. So boring The worst resort I ever been.
