Strong odor upon arrival. Confirmed it was rotting seaweed on the beach. To my disappointment the besch was unsuitable to swim. Additionally while dining the plates and silverware were dirty at various restaurants . I ended up getting sick so i left early. Worst trip ever!

This property was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation for my boyfriend and I. Each day the entertainment crew would put together fun activities. Pineapple and Chocolate from entertainment were the best, they made a fun environment and were highlights of our experience. When daytime activities were not happening the pool was relaxed and we were able to enjoy the space peacefully. I was pleasantly surprised by the food and drinks. In my opinion, Roberto at the swim up bar was the best! Raulin from the breakfast omelette station also did a fantastic job. The property overall was clean and the staff were friendly. ANYBODY WHO HAS REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS WILL ENJOY THEIR STAY HERE. Cons of the stay: On some nights, certain restaurants may be closed. However if you make your reservations ahead of time through the website you can avoid issues. Our stay was in July and seaweed was a problem, however by the end of our stay the resort had cleared it and we were able to enjoy the ocean. There was a slight damp smell in our room in the beginning of our stay, it cleared up, again anyone realistic will be fine. Ourselves and other guests would've liked the music at the swim up bar pool to be louder!!!!

Amazing All-Inclusive Stay! I love this resort! The staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food and drinks are top-notch. There’s always something fun to do, or you can just relax by the beach or pool.never felt disappointed, I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed Serenade, especially considering the value. Great rooms, pools and facilities. We really liked the rooftop spot. The buffet was good and the staff was on point. The only things that were just OK (but not bad) was the beach and evening restaurants. We’ll come back for sure.

Would never stay here again. They said we had to wait to arrive to make dinner reservations for all 3 nights we stayed. Upon arrival, they said they have nothing available all 3 days for my party of 6. They suggested we eat at dining hall every evening. I didn’t book a resort to eat buffet. I wanted full refund on rooms and took book at The Finest Resort (I’ve stayed at before and it is the BEST in DR) and it was until I made a scene that magically they were able to get 2 reservations for 2 nights only so 1 big had to eat dining hall. Also, within 1 hour of arriving, the room flooded and they were first unwilling to give us new room until investigation happened. All the bottom walls and doors in all 3 rooms I had booked, clearly have water damage and the ceiling in bathrooms have water damage. My friend got her money stolen out of her purse in the bathroom and security said it will take 72 hours to get camera footage (it was by a guest, NOT staff). We were flying out in 72 hours so clearly she was out of luck. Overall, regret booking here and would never. I advise staying at The Finest. Only good thing was the wonderful staff in dining hall and pool staff.

Love this property if you are looking to relax and disconnect from the real world this is the hotel. Everything was close by so not a lot of walking required. The food tastes amazing. The staff really makes you feel like you are a vip even you are not. Everything was very clean and well designed. I stayed in the adult only area and it was amazing so nice and quiet I strongly recommend this property if you want to relax, this is not a party resort so if you want more party and activities this is not the place for you.
