Great service and amenities, very clean rooms and well maintained areas, as well as excellent food. The warmth from employees was extremely exceptional. The room attendant Yosira went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Our server Katherine took every opportunity to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. The two young SPA ladies that took care of us were off the charts, simply the best massages that we've ever received. Last but not least, the pool bar team Manuel and Joneiry, were instrumental in ensuring we were happy, entertained, relaxed, stress free during our five days. Their personalities, warmth, and attention to detail was just unbelievable! We felt like knowing them since forever! Now, there is some room for improvement from the hospitality and reception team. We were given some "Ocean dollars" that do not apply to anything in the hotel even though the app says they are available to redeem. There seems to be some confusion or disconnect between employees in reception... We could not redeem a $20 Ocean dollar after 2 combined massages. If they don't work, please don't offer them! The hotel website says free transfers to PUJ but apparently is only if you buy directly from them which we couldn't understand since we booked a 5-Day stay that they were paid for. However, they provided a contact for a private transfer ($100) which worked getting to the hotel, but everything seemed to vanished and we were left without transport to the airport...

Staff is great excellent customer service. Very easy to get around. Buffet has many choices every day. I did encountered problem with my check-in had to wait more than an hour after 3:00 to get my room assigned, once arrived at room my key to enter was not activated, had to walk over to reception to activate my key. Other than that it was a great stay

I really liked the hotel. The beach is beautiful and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The food was delicious. The service was exceptional. Carlos, Tito Trinidad, Jairo, and Ruth made our stay very pleasant. I like that I can walk everywhere.

I stayed at this resort with friends and while the staff were friendly overall, we ran into a few frustrating problems during our stay. The highlight of our trip was definitely the buffet staff—Yany and Jairo were amazing. They made us feel so welcomed and went out of their way to take care of us. The buffet team truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and valued. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t go as smoothly. On the second day, my room key (bracelet) stopped working, and by the third day, everyone in my group had the same issue. We found out the resort had mistakenly entered the wrong check-out date, which caused all of our keys to deactivate. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Our room wasn't cleaned even after multiple calls, and the board at the front falsely said it had been. We had to go to dinner in wet clothes because we couldn’t shower. On top of that, the room smelled moldy, and by the third night, even the bedsheets had a strong odor. On our last morning (May 13, 2025), the room smelled like gasoline, and we had to air it out ourselves. The resort itself has potential, and the staff at the buffet were incredible—but room service and maintenance really need serious improvement.

We had a wonderful vacation at Ocean Blue and Sand. It wasn't crowded at the beginning of May. Food was just okay, but there was a large variety and it was easy enough to book at the reservation only restaurants.

Me gusto que hubiera musica local. Recomiendo que en las actividades nocturnas tengan mas musica local y latina. El trato del personal fue excelente, donde unico el servicio no fue muy bueno fue en el restaurante mexicano y en el Desayuno en el buffet en el area derecha.
