The room: had so many bugs that literally bite us. Spider crawling on bed. Toilet seat was broken and flushing water the whole night. No sound proofing in the room. People walking and singing at 2 am can be heard in the rooms. The sink of the washroom was even broken as it was not draining water. I was travelling with my parents 60 and 65 age it was worst experience ever. THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN EVEN PROPERLY.

Staff everywhere was so attentive, even the bars. Normally you have to fight for attention at bars and here there were always 2 or even 3 times you were asked if you had been helped. Pool bathroom were always clean. There was a good mix of people of all ages, lots of entertainment but no room service or food options late at night. The after hours snacks were convenience store/gas station equivalent just sitting in racks for hours.

La comida, los cuartos y las áreas súper limpias y todo muy lindo. Mi única crítica es el estilo de música. Estaba demasiado americanizada, pensábamos que la música iba a ser más caribeña.

Drinks are soooo lower quality, foods are same low quality entertainment was good 2 night, white night and beach party was good daytime pink party ,rest days for entertainment was like old age style boring, we where 10 of us styed at this hotel never ever going back .

the bar tenders and dining wait staff were wonderful friendly and accommodating. the walk from the room to ammenities was difficult and gettin to the beach too far, too much walking with a handicap they did not have a wheelchair or any golf carts to help guests very low service we had someone knocking on our door at 2am in the morning very scary very much partying goign on people drunk all over puking at the pool.. if you are not a big party person, find another place and if you are not looking for quality and you just want a place to lay your head its fine

Rooms were clean and decent food wasnt the greatest but the resort was good sized and lots of pools to choose from. Friendly staff. Make sure you use bug spray before being in the sand, sand fleas were horrible.
