Prporty needs many renovations, we walked all around and things need upgrading and painting and cleaning. Could use better sheets for the beds they were extremely worn out and stiff. First night the showerhead fell off and second night we had a leak from the roof. Experience was over all good parties were great. Staff was pleasant

Good on the outside but bad on the inside

First off the rooms weren’t very clean our rooms were to the back of the resort and outside had a foul smell the room door had a hole in it like someone punched it the toilet was running constantly and was leaking also the room had a leak from the ceiling the 1st night we were there so maintenance had to come at 1am to fix it and there was no manager on duty at that time of night the blankets still had hair on them the elevators had a horrible smell the handle to the shower had mole on it the refrigerator ring was hanging off

The hotel staff was excellent, plenty of pools and chairs so you dont have to rush to get a spot. I wouldnt come back to this hotel however because of the food. There was alot of variety but when you try to do too many things you dont do anything well. Although there was alot of options majority of the food wasnt to my husband and my taste. Most of the food isnt labeled so youre left guessing what it is, all the restaurant's for dinner were buffets. Due to other guest not having etiquette the cleanliness was often in question, people touching ice cream cones and bread with their hands and putting them back... dropping serving tongs on the floor then plscing them back to serve food...mixing the tongs and cross contaminating food. If that isnt an issue for you and you have a low bar for food id recommend, i enjoyed everything except the food. Considering its an all inclusive th3 food being tolerable is a must.

It was a bad experience, we had roaches in the room, mini bar was not refilled but once in 7 day stay, doors are not safe a drunk person kicked our door and it got open.. cleaning lady didnt refill soap, shampoo and conditioner, And didnt leave hand towels and floor mat, front desk didnt answer phone after 7pm.. never had this in Pubta Cana

The condition of the room was bad. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling fan broke a technician did come to fix it, and it worked for one more day and broke again. Water leaked from the shower through the wall into the bedroom. There was only one outlet in the room that worked.

It is a very large hotel with a mixed bag of guests. The staff is friendly and does a good job of cleaning , but the hotel facilities and rooms are older and it shows. The food is almost all buffet style and only mediocre in quality and selection.

The property is out dated, rustic furniture, bathroom fixtures etc, dirty doors, paint. Can’t control how others drive around, but is not safe. The food was not good at all.

I enjoyed my stay at the property for the most part the staff was very helpful but I called I sent several emails for them to have the birthday package set up in my room upon arrival when I arrived nothing I talked to someone at the information desk she pulled my right up and said yes we have your email and we usually do it the next day I was there 4 days and they never did anything

The hotel was filthy. It felt like a motel. I was bit up by ants in my sleep. The room was full of them. Bed spreads and mattress were stained with mildew. Only one of two elevators worked. The shower head was rusty, and when the water ran it smelled of sewer. Very very few staff were friendly. Surrounding areas could’ve been better.

This has to be one of the worst all inclusives. The staff including management gives absolutely no importance to customer service. We stayed here for 4 nights. Air conditioner did not work for all 4 nights of our stay. Repeat calls and it wasn’t taken seriously. On the last day the technician arrived, promised he would be back within 15 mins but never showed up again. Snacks and food at the sports bar was pathetic. This property is only known for their parties. If you’re looking to spend your time at themed parties, this is the place for you! If not, please look elsewhere.

Lots of drunk 20-30 year olds. Lots of loud music. If that’s your jam then this is your resort. No towels available at pool. Wash clothes don’t exist…
