We like the service from Jorge at the Lobster House and Geraldo from the Bliss club terrace bar. The property was very beautiful and our room with the private pool was amazing. We would have liked more employees to smile or say hello when they saw the guests. The shows were not as exciting as other resorts. We did enjoy the rock band. The check in was not as good as others resorts we have been too. We frequently went to the Aroma coffee shop and enjoyed that too.

Beautiful location. Room was spectacular. The reception was excellent. Francisco was very good. The other staff at reception at the excellence lounge, should be nicer. Buffet lunch, should be that. Not having servers around.

Loved the overall customer service and friendly staff! Also loved how serene and peaceful the property was. My only complaint will be that there is no music at the pool. To make it more lively, music or a DJ would be nice—and even some pool activities. Maybe I missed the activities by the pool.

Do not visit this property if you like air conditioning. The rooms smell like a sewer and the jacuzzi was filled with paint chips and dirt upon arrival. Food is terrible. Many I encountered suffered from illness thankfully we were very careful and fortunate to escape without food poisoning.

It’s a beautiful hotel that has almost everything you need from an all-inclusive resort. They started us off with champagne when we arrived. In the evenings, they had shows, silent disco, karaoke, dancing. They also have a pool table and ping pong tables outside so you can play anytime as a group. They have a tennis court as well and have instructors. The rooms were nice and big. All the rooms had a balcony and a small private jacuzzi on the balcony. The bathroom was big but has no privacy so if you’re sharing a room as a non-couple, it can get pretty awkward. We also booked a room with 2 double beds because there were 3 people in the room. When we got there, the room only had a king size bed and they told us that the double bed was based on availability. The pools are 4ft deep so it’s easy to lounge. The pools were unclean- there was always bugs and other dirt inside The jacuzzis were disappointing as rarely were they actually hot.
