This is an absolutely fantastic resort with amazing staff! The food was amazing at every restaurant and no problems getting in anywhere. The grounds are immaculate! Probably the best all inclusive we have ever been to! Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with this resort. The grounds were impeccable the staff was also very nice and accommodating. Service was great. My only negative was the French Restaurant. food was cold and it took a long time to be served. Otherwise I definitely will be back!!

Entire property and amenities where immaculate. Staff were great from the greeting at the front steps to all dining, bar and entertainment staff. Resort is beautiful and nicely landscaped. All restaurants throughout the property had great food and plenty of options for all. A perfect resort for any couple looking to get away!

So much fun. The beach merchants get to be a little much but all in all it was great. We will be back for sure. The restaurants we went to were awesome. The food was good for the most part but the portions were a little small for me personally.

Enjoyed several days in the swim-up honeymoon suite. Ocean views from the patio and our own roomside pool was worth the upgrade!!

Check in was delayed by about an hour after check in time. After that it was wonderful. Resort, staff, dinning and drinks incredible. Will definitely go back to Excellence resorts.
