The rooms needs updates. All the bathroom needs maintenance. The main buffet room has a bad smell. I was there 7 days and that smell was always there. And it should not be called all inclusive when you have to pay for the bowling, play pool games and the French restaurant had an additional fee.

Great location, great property. Attention to cleanliness throughout (and this is a huge property). Friendly staff throughout the resort. Lot of food options for an all inclusive resort. Quality of food (taste) could have been better. Otherwise we had a great time.

Clean room , pretty views of the beach from our room . Friendly staff . Beautiful and clean pool . Our bathroom shower had no door which was odd . Basic TV channels - remote control buttons were a bit off . Entertainment team had activities set up which was nice ( Pilates in the beach ) but they would go around insisting on reviews which was off putting where I’d avoid them at some points .

Biggest issue is nobody speaks English. They speak to you in Spanish and expect you to know what they are saying. Most people were nice. Buffet. Is limited and it wasnt great but restaurants were good. Premium is well worth the extra expense. It’s nice for younger kids. It was a nice place but my expectations were low. No elevators and limited transportation for such a large resort. Unless you wake up at the crack of dawn and get towels the day before, they don’t open till 10, no seats past 8. Good luck at the beach. Barely anything. We went early Feb so it shouldn’t have been busy. Was packed with guests from Spain. Was ok but wouldn’t be my top choice.

The room was clean, but the furniture did look a little old worn out. I don’t like how the bathroom is set up, but that’s my preference. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool area was very nice. Does get congested because there’s so many people, but it is very nice. Food was not very good. Our light on the balcony was out the entire time we were there for four nights. We did ask to have a replace, but it never got done. We also had some bugs that came the last night that we were there. They came early in the morning and spray to try to kill them. I hope it worked.

The grounds are beautiful/kept immaculate. The beach is lovely, there are lifeguards and security which is great. The food is the downfall of the resort. Breakfast is good, but the lunches and specifically dinners, are poor. The Italian restaurant isn’t really Italian, for example and much of it was inedible. The Japanese restaurant, Kyoto, they use the same utensils to cook the vegetables and all of the raw meats. They all do it, not just one station. They’re not trained nor heard about cross-contamination. This happened both nights we were there AND was happening when we were there pre-COVID. The food servers are good, keep things cleared and attention to customers is solid. The language challenge of not speaking more English affects service/food not arriving as requested/required. Our Customer Service experience was very poor. We asked repeatedly to speak to the Director - Cesar and instead got several gatekeepers. This certainly didn’t help to resolve our issue and has left a poor experience overall (the room shower drain flooded, the air conditioner wasn’t working well, we were constantly calling housekeeping for missing items - including no bedding for the family bed, no water, the safe constantly not working and more). These things take time to mess with and affect one’s stay. My mobility and my friend’s mobility are challenged. We told them at the Reception check in that we needed to be close to restaurants. We were put in the farthest building!!! Painful.

The room was dirty. There were little roaches and spiders everywhere. The food was not edible. I didn’t eat for 2 days during my stay there; except for toast and water. On the 3rd day I finally ate at the Japanese restaurant; however, that night and the next morning my stomach was in so much pain. The staff were rude and looked miserable working there. My mom asked for Orange Juice one morning and the staff told her that Orange Juice is not served in the morning, it’s served in the afternoon for lunch. That seemed like a very odd response. Needless to say we will NEVER go to this resort again!!

We were disappointed about not getting a king size bed in stead we got 2 full size beds! I couldn’t shared the same bed with my husband!😖 And the time of our check out, we call someone to come over our room to pick it up our luggages and he never showed up! Food was good!👍
