Eventhough reception is huge with multiple lanes check-in was exremly teadious around and hour plus give or take. WiFi was unstable and slow accross hotel (Lobby, Buffett, Room, Pool area, Beach), sewage smell accros lobby corridors and rooms toilets dont flush correctly across the hotel. Got sick on Bohio Dominicano Buffett, expired yogurt was served daily and room temperature food trays. Room was outdated with plumbing issues, shower didn't drain well and extractors not working. Lightfixtures broken.

The room was in good condition and clean, the food all around was mediocre, the live shows were very nice and extremely entertaining and there is truly not a boring moment. Good staff and good spa, only disappointing aspect truly were the restaurants, nothing to write home about. Overall 3.5 out of 5. Good for the price.

upon arrival, check in was fast, although we had a lot of inconvenience with the first 2 rooms. We got to our room we had a lot of inconvenience and were switch from room 2 times the first day. Had a really bad flood in the room. on the second day, we were switch to our 3d room, which we loved. Marcos was amazing scheduling our reservations at different restaurant. He was very attentive and super nice, helped us when we needed to get a better room and with anything we needed to make us comfortable. I think these rooms need to be updated and re-checked before people check in. We were very tired after a long flight and having to deal with moving twice the same day was very exhausting. Overall, the staff were super attentive, and cordial and the place is very beautiful and calm. Travelled with family for Birthday celebration.

The food was terrible, on every location. Coral seafood restaurant doesn't have lobster, unbelievable. The toilets on the entirely facility doesn't flushes correctly. On a group of 21 3 people was given the wrong room not what they choose. The hotel refused to fix the problem. Housekeeping don't knock the door before entering the room.

It all started with the lack of English speaking staff . Alcohol selection was horrible and cheap for being a Five star resort . I’ve been to plenty of resorts and never had a horrid selection of alcohol . Food was average at most . I’m actually very disappointed with this trip that I’m thinking about disputing my credit card charge for the resort that I stayed in . Expedia should bare responsible for false advertisement on this resort . Shame on you Expedia and I will consider booking my next trip thru your company .
