My room was diagusting. And the smell of the mold and mildew was overwhelming. The food was absolutely horrible. I lived off French fries the entire trip. Also it took us over an hour to check in.

Property was beautiful staff and service was great pools were awesome. Room was cleaned everyday but did have problems with the AC unit making a lot of noise reported it like three times but they never fixed it so I lost a lot of sleep during my 8 day stay, but other than that it was a very very beautiful place and the staff were great. Food was average at buffet not always hot, individual restaurants were not as expected. The Japanese restaurant was great the cooked right in front of you fresh great tasting and servers and chef were very entertaining

The room we were in 8658 was not cleaned I booked this hotel for a first time trip for my aunt and mom.when we arrived, The room was dusty, the bed sheets were not cleaned and had stains on it. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold, including the shower and the bathrooms. We were in the family deluxe suit, both bathrooms drain were clogged. The shower water were going and into the bathroom area and outside the shower. Room service line were not being answered when called. And when we requested a new room or accommodation we were informed there were absolutely no rooms available. The food was disgusting, and most of the time the food was left out for hours until the food is dried out and looks old.

It was nice to be near the kids water park. The food was ok. Restaurants took way too long so not good for going with young kids. Ceiling fans in rooms were absolutely disgusting and full of dust. They made a big deal about the bracelets yet they were not at all secured correctly and slipped off all day long. The pools had too many broken tiles. The kids water park was so worn out and needs to be repainted. Did not feel like 5 stars. The service was terrible in most places. No one ever came up to ask you if you needed anything especially at the theater like they are supposed to. Too much money spent for something that did not feel at all like a 5 star hotel.

Ame❤️quedarme en este lugar fue hermoso el resort su playa super limpia .a ñesar que fuimos en época de sargazo el personal lo limpia todos los dias . PERO si tienen que mejorar su comida del buffet no fue tan buena y las personas del hotel la mayoría no eran nada hospitalarios ni ambles no aprecian al turista y eso no se ve bien . Pero el resort es un sueño.

The concierge were not helpful when asking for getting air conditioner, toilets, jacuzzi and tv fixed. The phones will disconnect middle conversation and will need to walk to reception to get assistance. They need to make sure rooms are fix and working before guests arrived. Beautiful place and good food but I will not come back due this experience.

This vacation was the perfect destination for me and my family. It was our first time taking our 4-year-old and 6-year-old to a tropical getaway and the property offered something for everyone. ACTIVITIES: The kids thoroughly enjoyed the water parks (although didn't meet the 4' requirement for the water slides at the pirate ship). I enjoyed a few rounds of early morning golf while the family was sleeping in. My wife was able to find time to relax and get some reading done poolside and the beach. The kids also had fun at the kids club which is a free of charge! BEACH: Most days had a lot of seaweed on the beach (which we know is due to the time of year), but we did have 1 perfect beach day during our 4 night stay where there was no seaweed that had washed up. On days with too much seaweed, we hung on the beach for a little so kids could play in the sand and then we went back to the pool area. FOOD & DRINK: The food seems to be the biggest knock on the resort, but for my family we thought everything was within expectation. Most meals we ate at the buffet where there was always something for everyone. We once ate at Hoyo 19 next to the golf course which was good. Our favorite dinner was at La Fuenta, my wife ordered the paella, and I had the lamb's leg and we were both very happy with our meal. OVERALL: This was the perfect 1st family vacation for our family - it was a great value for all that was offered! Would recommend, especially for young families!

The property is incredible. With its multiple pools and long, stretching beech front, you need to explore the entire property. There’s a lot to do here. Upgrade to the premium package, and you’ll have a personal host or hostess to assist you with your reservations. Enjoy 24-hour room service and the amazing Coral breakfast or lunch.
