We travelled as a group of 9 friends/couples in 4 rooms. We could not recommend this more! We had a second floor room with a huge balcony with a jacuzzi tub; despite being next to the main pool the space felt private and quiet. Our Butler Norielis was AMAZING. She took all the stress off our shoulders, coordinating everything for our big group including our a la carte dinners, spa massage day, excursions, and bringing more snacks and beverages to our room. We were entertained by the all-star Animacion team - Albessard, Claribel, and Stahylin! From pool bike/spin class, pole class, aerial yoga, trampoline fitness, cooking / cocktail classes, and private dance lessons these guys kept us busy in the best way, without being too overbearing. We bought excursions from the hotel liaison Previs and the prices were truly better than the ones you’d find on the beach - trust the team! The spa was worthwhile for the massages, hydrotherapy, mud, and private quiet pool use. Our breakfast buffet was great with custom omelettes and crepes and beachside grill was delicious for lunch. Of the a la cartes our favourites were Sumptori (a must do), Kusko, Bhogali, and Bamboo. Hemingway’s bar was a great spot to watch the hockey playoffs in the evening, and then dance the night away to local music. Beach access was easy; could always find a spot there, the water was warm, and the sand is soft without too much seaweed or rocks. We did not walk or rent a car off the resort. Come for a great vacation!

Overall our stay was very awesome. The drinks were delicious and you could not ask for better weather and better beaches. Our butler was Rodny and he was very cool and helpful. He made the stay even better. Only cons we had is, everyone was trying to sell something, even some of the hotel staff.

It was a nice resort but they upgraded us to the 3rd floor and there wasn't any elevator and after a day or 2, our knees were killing us.

The actual property and the staff was amazing!! Great hospitality! HOWEVER…outside the property was pure sufferings. A lot of hagglers and plenty haggling! It didn’t feel safe at all. It was clear to me that the property was the only luxurious property around there.

Wonderful Stay at TRS Turquesa – Punta Cana We had an amazing experience at TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana! The resort was immaculate and very well-maintained. We had an absolute blast playing Pickleball everyday. the staff was always welcoming. Our butler, Rodney, truly made the stay special. He was incredibly attentive, handling all of our requests with a smile, and even went the extra mile to surprise us on our second-to-last night with a thoughtful gesture. It really made us feel valued and well taken care of. Yeudy, the bartender, also deserves a shoutout. He made us some personalized drinks that were just outstanding – a true pro behind the bar! At Tentazione, Mayelin, the hostess, was warm, accommodating, and made our dining experience there even more enjoyable. Overall, the service and attention to detail at TRS Turquesa made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxury getaway in Punta Cana!

Everything for the most part was pretty good. Our butler took care of us very well. The only thing we had an issue with was when we got to our room we notice several things were broken. The safe box didn’t turn on and the balcony door wasn’t closing properly which turned off the AC. We contacted our butler the following day, she notified maintenance and they came right away to fix it. Another thing we were not happy about was the temperature of the food. We ate at Helios twice for lunch and dinner and our food was not hot. Other than that the staff really do go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. The property is nice and the beach is beautiful.

This Hotel was beautiful. The landscaping was breath taking. Also, employees were so nice and welcoming. But there was issues I had realized. First issue I had personally had was the room could’ve been a little more cleaner and also the food was not the best. Food was lacking flavors it was very disappointing. I believe this hotel is more cater to older folks I’ll say 50 years old. I’m 30 and the night life wasn’t it. Ages 20s 30s I would NOT recommend. Also its DR I would love to hear Spanish music everywhere I go. That wasn’t case unfortunately. Overall, my experience was good. Great staff & Great Property/Landscaping. Need improvement on food, night life and music.
