The staff was very friendly and helpful. Be very weary of the Palladium Travel Club staff, however. We indicated multiple times we were not interested in a sales pitch, but still somehow lost 3 hours to one. At a certain point I was so frustrated and annoyed I started crying, which did finally end our hostage situation. Would be nice to have those few hours back. But the resort staff themselves are lovely.

The highlight of our trip was our butler, Rodny. He went above and beyond every day to ensure we were treated like VIP guests. He was extremely kind and checked in with us throughout the day to ensure all our needs were met. I travel internationally 3 times a year and I’ve never encountered this superior level of customer service.
