Great rooms, staff, ameneties and view of the island and beach. Great place to stay.

We visit this hotel every year on our annual trip. Very good hotel. Only issue is a small one is that complementary coffee should be available 24/7.

Room was not ready for check in till 453pm, that is 53 minutes after check-in time. Bell staff was great, front desk staff just ok, not tge best hospitality, the bell staff mafe up for it. No pol towels either. Hot tub water was not as clear as it should be, water was hot though. Room was impeccable

The room was very dark and lacked even the basic essentials. Any time you needed water or hot water, you had to go downstairs to get it yourself. The staff were not particularly friendly or attentive. On one occasion, I waited at the bar for hot water while the person at the front desk remained on the phone and did not even acknowledge me. The only redeeming quality was the location. Other than that, the experience was disappointing.

The rooms were clean! AC worked great! Big tv a plus. Staff was amazing! They held our luggage until time for us to check in.

Great hotel. Clean room, the staff with excellent customer service. The breakfast was perfect.
