Everyone was so nice. Wish tgi outdoor bar area was open later. Some board games or cards too wouls be nice to have out after dinner to use in the kitchen area when hanging out

It was average.Water does not go down on bathtubs,sinks.lots of electrical issues.customer service was average.When I booked the stay I talk to the representative about rental cars and adventure tours but when I get there it was a terrible experience.I couldn’t rent a car or book any tours.I had to rely on uber the whole time I was there.Never coming back and don’t recommend to anybody.

Beach view was limited and partly blocked off due to renovations along with their big lagoon pool. HAS NO PARKING. Must park at the casino and most of it is blocked off with yellow tape. Elevator doesn’t work most of the time. Don’t expect your temp deposit back since they take most of it for parking that they don’t even provide. Breakfast was very bland. only one restaurant, second restaurant closes really early.

The rooms and building. Last time I stayed here all pools were available. This time one was under construction it looked like so a ton of people were in the only 2 that were open. And when we were walking into the building a piece of the wall dropped right in front of me and my guest. We had a cockroach in our room. We didn’t get our room cleaned the first day. We had to ask for them to send someone again the next day. They finally showed up. After the room was clean I inspected it and you can see they didn’t clean the bathroom at all. I had left my hair on the floor to see if it gets swept up. It didn’t move.
