I picked this resort because of it being family friendly and the amenities only to arrive and see that half are unavailable. The go kart racing on the resort was closed, the steak house was closed. The Japanese restaurant had a weird smell. Although I had a suite, I wasn’t crazy about the room. Housekeeping could do a much better job. One of the pools and jacuzzi was under construction and closed which I only found out after check in. The remaining open pool needed to be cleaned a lot more. There was a lot of debris in the water. Towels are only given out whenever the person arrives and whenever the towels are done for the day. The gift shop was just sad sad sad lol the food in the lobby restaurant was really good. The breakfast was mediocre but they do offer plenty choices. The free drink tickets made this stay bearable. I had plenty for each day I stayed at the resort. Looks and is described online a lot nicer than it is. Staff were excellent. They were really helpful and patient. The gate access from the pool area to the beach was my favorite part of the resort. But, I won’t be coming back here again.

The best part of our stay was the staff which were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great, as well as the evening happy hour. As for rooms, they are very dated, especially bathrooms. No hair dryers or magnified mirrors so bring your own. Curtains were dirty and I dont even want to think about rugs. Beds were made after our first night and never again. We were there for 5 nights. Had to request towels and garbage removal. I believe hotel was full or understaffed. As for the pools, two were being repaired and the main pool was dirty and crowded. Beach chairs were not in good condition, and not enough for everyone. Towel hut was not staffed until late morning. At other resorts, there is someone available with towels early morning. I even went to front desk and it took an hour for person to open towel hut. If you need something from store,note that they open when they feel like it and close before scheduled closing time. Could be a great place with a little TLC and updating.

The hotel is deteriorated. Two pools were closed. The one that was open needs to be repair. A light from the pool was out with the electrical cable out. The lamps in the bathroom was with a rusty metal. The hotel needs to be paint. The hotel is very expensive for how rundown it is. I will not stay in that hotel anymore.

I booked this hotel based on the aminites it has. When I arrived at the property, went to the pool area noticed the hot tub and 2 of the pool was out of service. one of the main reasons i booked the hotel was for the hot tub. i felt they could of credit me some of the resort fee back to me since 2 pools and the hot tub was closed. Second the arcade / game room was also closed 2 nights out of my 4 night stay. also has a problem with one of the rooms had a hole in the headboard had an old iron caught fire in the room, was very smokey. One thing i can say is the manager josua was very accommodating and apologized sincerely , offered to change my room and gave me a dinner credit. My first time in Puerto Rico and he wanted to make sure i had a great experience

Pool longe chairs in poor condition. Pool bat rarely staffed had to chase towels for pool. There is NO hot tub running and they will lie and say everything is available but its not

No beach chairs, beachfront was unkept rocks all over the sand, no personnel to set up chairs that were locked, it was as if it were abandoned. Outdoor pool would be more ideal with more sun umbrellas. Besides taxis, the Property needs a daily scheduled shuttle bus to and from hotel offering to transfer small groups outside the gate from the hotel in order to satisfy desired tourist necessities. Bathrooms would be ideal with an air circulation vent. Patio had 2 chairs, but no table. Restaurant menu’ would be ideal if it were updated or more than one or more restaurants that are not closed during the season, because it’s away from the center. I hope the above is helpful in reviewing the advantages for tourists satisfaction at your property. Thank you and see you again!
