Was very happy with our stay. The unit was small but had everything we’d need, TV, kitchen, dishwasher, bathroom and balcony! Was clean. A 5 min walk to Queen Vic market and had a tram stop out the front! Parking for our stay was spot on.

Went to visit son studying uni in Melbourne and to watch a live footy game at the marvel stadium. Great location. Plenty of food places and shopping areas if that is what interests you. Easy to get there via public transport. Accommodation was lovely, clean and staff were very helpful. Stayed thursday night and rates were excellent through hotels.com $120ish as opposed to regular $160 ish. Appartment with mini fridge,free wifi, microwave, etc plus dpay tv options. Parking available at extra fee per night if wanted... must contact property direct to confirm this option though.

Great stay, but can be improved.

The hotel is located right next to a free tram zone stop, probably like 20 mins away from many good locations. It’s also located directly opposite Flagstaff Gardens, we went there to chill and watch the sunset when the weather was good. Honestly great, location wise. Plenty of shopping and food options nearby, by tram or on foot. Front desk ladies & gents were really nice, they answered all our questions about getting around and places to go. The reception is manned 24/7, which is great. We got a complimentary room upgrade and spent our stay at one of their rooms facing the park. I’m light sleeper but the exterior facing glass doors and windows are soundproofed enough that I got decent sleep during our stay. Only bad thing was the entrance door is really heavy so you could hear the doors slamming shut when people left their rooms, including ours. Room cleanliness could be better, there was some very suspicious looking stains on the nightstand and carpet next to the bed. I think it could be a better stay if they improve their housekeeping standards in the future. Decently equipped gym, washer & dryer was also easy to utilize for a small fee. Will definitely consider coming back here again! Tip: Couldn’t find this info anywhere else, but they do not provide toothbrushes. They do provide soaps and shampoos. Hairdryer in our room was a VS hairdryer, pretty good one too.

The check in was effortless staff very helpful considering we arrived at 11pm. The apartment was clean, and tidy, however there were things that needed attention. The bathroom door squeaked very loud on opening and closing causing sleep disturbance of us both through the night. The shower door needs maintenance. along with the shower head, as the water comes out it seems blocked in the middle. Kitchen bin needs replacing,while these may seem minor they do cause issues for the people staying there. I was granted an 11 am check out due to illness and was very grateful for the staff members assistance with that as check out is usually 10am. check out was a bit of a confusion causing some anxiety. All in all it was a good stay with lovely facilities and staff.
