A modern hotel in the heart of Old San Juan. Rooms are all new albeit fairly small but all you need in a great spot. Excellent location and the 24/7 staff is pleasant at any time of day or night. Great option.

Their staff was amazing ! We arrived to Puerto Rico extremely early, so we called the front desk to see if they could hold our luggage and possibly let us in early, and they absolutely accommodated us with that and everything else we asked for.

The location is great. Heart of old San Juan, perfect spot to be in the center of everything! I would recommend if you’re doing a night here then leaving to explore the rest of the isla!

Without question, the most friendly, welcoming and accommodating hotel staff of anywhere I have traveled, all over the world! The hotel is absolutely lovely and right smack dab in the middle of everything. Great dining, shopping and sightseeing just steps away. Super cool little photo booths on site as well as an adorable sweet treats cafe with the friendliest shopkeeper. Cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place! We truly did not want to leave and now we can’t wait to go back again. It was an awesome place to stay and we had a fabulous vacation in Old San Juan!

Everything was new in a 300 year old building! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Mason made us feel at home for our group of four. Gene as well !! Very comfortable bed! There was street noise that we did not mind, it’s right in the middle of a vibrant area near the Govenor’s house!! Restaurants close by. Next time in PR we will be staying there for sure !!

Best Hotel Experience Ever!!!

The Shopkeeper Mason, welcomed us when we arrived, carried our suitcases to the Front Desk, walked us to our room, served us coffee in the morning, and walked us to nearby attractions and restaurants The service was outstanding, the hotel newly renovated, and the location was perfect. The staff was always accommodating and friendly. On behalf of my family, thank you Mason, Gene, Edgar, and other Front Desk Staff, and Housekeepers. We will definitely be back.

This hotel in the heart of Old San Juan was cool and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and gave helpful tips about restaurants in the area. We had a balcony/window room, which was beautiful and charming but also loud through the night. Very clean.

The Armas property is in a unique location - the heart of Old San Juan. We were blocks from renowned places to visit - Pigeon Park to Castillo Fort Cristobal - restaurants & bars like L Factoria and more. The hotel is brand new, just opened in Jan '25, staff was very accommodating, offers lots of suggestions for places to go; definitely plan on going back.
