The hotel was close to restaurant and sites. If you are going on a cruise the ships are across the street from the hotel. the only thing I personally did not like was that my room was missing a safe and a microwave. they brought my microwave two days later but no safe otherwise our stay was wonderful.

Since it's in the Old San Juan area, everything's within walking distance from the hotel. If you’re planning on staying in the area that's a plus, because parking is scarce. Unless you're going to pay for parking in the lot around the corner from the hotel. Housekeeping could've been better. They cleaned the room every day, but on some days they did what looked like a rush job. Plus, I had to go to the front desk to have them remind housekeeping about replacing the toilet paper. Overall, I'd definitely stay there again.
