Good location if coming or going on a cruise. Hotel pool has no bar and is tiny. Overall was clean. Rooms were comfortable. I certainly wouldn’t classify it as a luxury hotel.

The staff was great. We were greeted and escorted to our room when we checked in. They always had a smile and asked if we needed anything. Modern hotel in area with mostly old hotels. Location was good. Could watch the cruise ships come in from the bar balcony. Easy walk or cheap uber anywhere. Very few and uncomfortable lounge chairs around the small pool was disappointing. View of city from pool area was awesome. We used the small cooling refrigerator in our room for food. We would stay there again.

Staff was overwhelmed with early check in on 1 Feb. Me plus many other customers waited 7-8 hours for the rooms to be ready. At 4:15 pm, I was initially told my room was still not ready. I informed Josephine that was not acceptable. She found and assigned a room to me. Hotel in convenient location in Old San Juan. In general, expensive area for room, food and drinks.

Check-in was a nightmare. We waited with about thirty other guests for hours past our four o'clock check-in time. They did give us a $21 voucher to the restaurant in the hotel to make up for the delay. But $21 doesn't cover much there. Once we get our room, everything was great. They have us a late check out, the room was beautiful, the shower was amazing. The food in the hotels restaurant was good, but expensive. The drinks were blah. But the view they have from the restaurants deck is the best in old San Juan. The rooftop pool is a great oasis with incredible views of the city. We've stayed here before and will definitely stay there again when in the area.

I loved everything about the room before I even got in the room… it was the ambience. The atmosphere was delightful when I finally entered the room. I felt like I was in heaven had the best view. The balcony is small, but I was still thrilled as a matter of fact every time I come to Puerto Rico I’m staying at the same hotel. The service was amazing. I loved everything about it.
