The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I was surprised by the resort fee that was charged each day. The coffee in the hotel restaurants was delicious, but the omelettes tasted like fish.

The property is by the bay where all the cruise ships anchor but this is not a problem at all, they don't make noise, they are just gigantic. Hotel personnel was wonderful (except one morning our server was just OK) but overall a great place to stay, our room was fantastic and we will definitely, not only recommend it to our friends but we will not hesitate to come back.

My experience at Hotel Rumbao was amazing! They kindly allowed me to check in early because I was dealing with chronic pain, which I truly appreciated. I also received a nightly credit to use during my stay. The view from my room was immaculate, the bedroom was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The food at both restaurants was delicious as well. Overall, a 10/10 stay — highly recommend!

The staff at check in and check out was superb. The bartender was amazing, Christian is really professional. On the orher hand, on my check out no one help me with our luggage, they just stand there.
