We chose this hotel because it was adult only and the infinity pool is so great and a plus as it stays open until midnight. The staff are all amazing super nice and very helpful. Highly recommend this if you’ve got a couple of days to stay in Condado.

It was cool for the most part except for the fact they charged my card twice a total of 700$ only inserted my card once and I seen 3 charges and when I confronted the girl she argued to say that I was lying even after showing proof after about 10 mins she came to apologize fast forward I’m home and got 300$ back was I guess the initial hold still waiting on 400$ I’m calling to ask and they just keep hanging up

The hotel was very nice! I liked they had a pool party! Javier at the Social restaurant was very nice! The only problem is they didn’t clean my room like no clean glasses or the bathroom trash and they only brought 1 towel the day before we were leaving.

We stayed at this property for our anniversary. The staff were nice and friendly. The location was easy to find and in walking distance to shops & restaurants. Old San Juan was about a 15 min car drive away. We ate breakfast on site and felt the meals were a bit pricy for what was offered. We’ve stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels, but this hotel was not worth the value in our opinion.
