The staff were great and very friendly, which I appreciated. However, I was uncomfortable during my stay due to the bed and room setup. The mattress and pillows were too soft, and the bed sank significantly at the edges. The pillows were also very slippery when stacked, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the bed frame was positioned too close to the window. I was also charged a resort fee twice. I had already paid the resort fee as part of my Expedia package, so this resulted in a duplicate charge. I am requesting a refund for the extra resort fee that was charged at checkout.

Room was good. Check in person told us nothing about where the elevator was, the wifi, breakfast, etc. Breakfast included is a scam. Staff in the restaurant was not knowledgeable about what is meant by it.

The room was clean enough. They definitely need to pay a little more attention to detail. The baseboards were dirty and some of the decorative pillows on the bed were stained. But the staff is amazing, location is super convenient, and the beach views and access are incredible!

It was OK...expected more. Only stayed 2 nights but only got one nights sleep due to a fire alarm. Hotel has a lot of deferred maintenance. Very musty. But the restaurant food and service was great.

Hotel is very nice and well kept. The staff were great and super attentive. The only thing that seemed to be an issue not only with us but with other guests as well are the seat cushions in the outdoor dining area. They’re full of bird poop. No one wants to sit on that. They should at least change it to a fabric that can be wiped down each day.
