Horrible service, no one at the front desk, they could not print a receipt. Toilet seat broken, shower rod broken, smelled like smoke. Nothing near by, lots of parking…looks like a nice indoor pool but we do not use it.

Dissappointed

No one was at the desk when we arrived. There was a hand written note to call a number. The key was suppose to open an outside door. It did not. The second key didnt work either. The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke. We were given a second room, no smoke smell, but the door did not lock when it was shut. There were cobwebs on the lamps. There was soap scum on the fixtures in the shower. The metal trim and radiators were rusty. The pullows were flat and the pillow cases had holes in them. In general, the place is in disrepair.

Broken and dirty, I'd think the gap in the door frame is from some break in , not much locking the door. Chain lock broken on the door. Rear stair, treads torn and loose. Can't recommend this one

Staff was completely unavailable for check in. I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. When he did, he was completely disheveled and came from some room at the other end of the hotel that is for ‘staff.’ No idea what they were doing in there. The rooms were ok, but the hallway and stairway was filthy. The hotel was incredibly hot in the common areas- almost like the heat was on. It was August. The WiFi was not existent in the rooms, and regular cell service is spotty on the outskirts of Plattsburgh. Just a very unpleasant stay overall.

I strongly believe there is a need to improve the cleanliness in the hotel. We found flies in the bathroom during our stay.

It was just ok… good for the price… but if had a choice would have paid the extra to stay somewhere else. Staff is friendly wanted to swim during the day but they didn’t open it until 3.

Mold in the bathroom, found 2 dead roaches in the bathroom. Furniture was very dusty, kept losing internet service, the place had a foul odor. I can’t comment on the breakfast didn’t dare to even try it.

There was what we assumed to be an (unkempt) employee smoking outside the side entrance nearly the entire time we were there. The juice dispensers did not work at breakfast and the orange juice that was sitting out in a container was warm. Every member of the staff was lethargic and totally disinterested in everything.
