We booked non-smoking rooms, but they still smelled strongly of smoke. Although the staff were able to switch our rooms, which were somewhat better, we could still detect smoke and unpleasant odors coming from the air conditioning units. Furthermore, the floors and walls were in poor condition, looking old and dirty.

This property has been there forever with little upgrades over the years. It's okay for one night. The staff was friendly and polite.

Customer service was not good at all. We didn’t have towels so we asked for them and it was like putting out the front desk lady. The remote in the room was broken and she didn’t want to get it fix or even try to help us at all. We found batteries on the floor which helped it work. The floors are old carpet which are dirty. It’s very outdated inside and out. We thought the bar/lounge area was open where it was Saturday night but it was not and the lady was rude about it. There was some sketchy people in the parking lot and area the building. The beds were clean but there were stains on the walls and top blankets . The towels that were given to us were stained but smelled clean. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Very inexpensive for the area. Close to so many things to do and see in the Hudson Valley. Room was worn but clean except the carpet. Very nice staff. Location might look sketchy, but no problems. Great breakfast buffet included. Good food, great selection. It's definitely a budget stay, so don't expect anything upscale.

After we went downstairs for breakfast, we went back to our room and our hotel room door was open. We told the front desk, they said it was probably the staff. But this was at 8am, no one should be going into our room and then leaving the door open. Very odd, we will never return there again.
