We booked a room and they gave us Room-325. August 13. Wednesday. But a Big surprise at 11pm there was people opening Our door while we are sleeping. We called front desk and that Rep said I’m in wrong room (which I checked in at 3pm ) and he argue us back saying it’s ok you can stay and sleep, with a giggle laugh and he’s not even aware of Safety& inconveniences- what a Mistake was made scaring us by sending people trying to open our door in the middle of the night. It was a joke for him - the front desk didn’t even realize what a reckless mistake he made of customer safety and privacy… he thought I was Spanish and trying to give me a Spanish slank which was so rude. It is not only a review But it’s also a direct complaint to the management. Most scary unsafe experience ever

This property was pretty far away from the town center and was in need of an update/renovation. The place felt dingy but had some nice amenities like the appliance wall and the laundry. Felt like a place people might use as temporary lodging. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

Sonesta is convenient. I like being able to get up make coffee , toast a bagel etc and not be rushed to go out to breakfast. Just wish they would provide more than 1 knife and 2 spoons. Luckily I brought plastic utensils with me. Overall Sonesta was a good choice. Had a 1 bedroom not studio and happy with accommodation

I intended a weekend escape from the city and a solo hike as an accomplishment to tell me 1 thing - I'm done grieving mom, I'm doing good now. I canceled the hike and checked out 2 days early because of fear/gut instinct, whatever: 1- While walking to the hotel, someone was watching me from the forest, so i took an Uber the rest of the way. Whoever was watching me felt angry. 2- a hunchback old troll followed me on the hotel property writing notes on her notepad. I didn't feel safe as a stranger in this town after that. It would be stupid to go on that trail by myself. 3- a butterfly drone was watching me outside my room window. Real butterflies don't fly in straight lines, they can't hover, and this isn't the season for that kind of butterfly. Creepy. Mayor Sue, it was great to meet and talk to you. I feel blessed to get the opportunity. That conversation made my whole trip. You are a brave, wonderful, enlightening person, and an actual angel on Earth. Cam Jansen, you have an awesome superpower. I hope you use it for your advantage. BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse was delicious! In the end, I'm good now, and i didn't need a hike to tell me that. I live it every day. Thank you for the experiences 🙏
