I would advise to pay a little more for a much better hotel. This "non-smoking" establishment reeked of smoke (cigarette and marijuana), our room reeked of heavy sanitizers, many of the common areas were run down, lots of sketchy characters hanging about when we pulled in at 1 am.

Last resort.

The place was quite rundown and overall in rough shape. Walking through the halls in the evening was like being at a raging "pot" party because it smelled like everyone was smoking marijuana throughout the hotel. Sad that they have signs that prohibit smoking of any kind but obviously no enforcement at all.

The rooms smell like mold so bad!! Room and bathroom dirty the toilet is very low, The hotel have no ice machine is broken the breakfast is very limited and only coffee, orange juice and waffles….. the staff is always there but hardly speak English, people who stay there hang out in the back parking lot being loud. The blankets looks like the been to war with cigarettes burns and holes. It is horrible I will definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

Not my best experience

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience booking through Hotels.com. I made a reservation in February 2025 for a week-long stay from late June to early July. I specifically booked an ADA accessible room with two double beds to accommodate myself, my husband, and our 16-year-old son. Upon arrival, the hotel (Quality Inn) informed us that the only ADA accessible room available had a king-size bed, which was not acceptable given our family size—our son is taller than my husband, and there was no way all three of us could share one bed. As a result, we had to settle for a room with two beds but no accessibility features. This meant I had no way to safely shower, and I had to be creative just to manage basic hygiene, which was exactly what I was trying to avoid by booking early and clearly indicating my needs. I contacted Hotels.com hoping they could move us to another hotel that actually had the accommodations we paid for, but they were unable to help. For a full week, I had to endure the physical discomfort and limitations of a non-accessible room—struggling with the toilet, shower, and basic mobility. To make matters worse, the hotel was poorly maintained: the hallways looked dirty, and the elevator had a strong, constant smell of weed. This was a very unpleasant stay and an incredibly frustrating experience. I expected much better from Hotels.com, especially when it comes to respecting accessibility needs.
