I did NOT like this hotel. I am used to staying in 2 and 3 star hotels, but this one beats them all in dirt, filth, badly stained carpets, unfriendly hotel personnel, and I can go on... thank God I was there just to sleep and go on to Niagara Falls. I am NOT a fan of this hotel, and will NOT be staying there ever again.
We were received well. Unfortunately, we simply dropped our stuff off in the room and left without trying out the TV or using the bathroom. Returned later that evening to find the TV didn't work and there were not towels in the bathroom. As it was late, didn't have it within us to ring the office bell and disturb the family. Went without catching up on the news and used pillowcases to wash and dry ourselves. Left in the morning before the office was open. In all fairness, these things would probably have been quickly resolved if we'd chosen to notify.
I was trying so hard not to rip the whole experience as a complete nightmare. I kept saying that it was just to sleep that's it. The office attendant was a lady in a sari and barefooted. Did not speak English or hardly understood it. The screen on the door to the room was torn. Opened the door to a pungent smell. A combination of flatulence, and mildew. Curry possibly? Not sure but it reeked. The room was outdated with paneled walls, gaudy wall decor and some funky bedspreads. Couldn't get the television to show anything in English. The air conditioning was located in the worst spot ever. It was directly across from the toilet. Not cool. Pretty nasty! The shower floor was disgusting. Flip flops a must everywhere in the room. The bed was the only thing that was surprisingly clean. I definitely feel I wasted my time and money on a rotten motel. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
Room was supposed to have a king bed. Had a worn out double. Only ONE towel in the room. Office was locked so we couldn't complain. Had to pre pay for room. Toilet needed to be plunged after each use. Room was decorated in 1970 fasion. Staff spoke limited English. Heard snoring through the paper thin walls, also smelled cigarette smoke all night.
NIGHT FROM HELL.

Good location
I think it is a good place to stay in, close to restaurants, playground not too far from Niagara fall and safe place with nice staff available all the time
The pictures of the rooms were no where close to the actual place. The AC did not work and because it was warm, it made it worse. The bathtub had a ring of rust and another persons body hair. The place just needs to be renovated. Also when I checked in, the lady at the desk wanted me to pull up information, at that point, I shouldn't have to pay for a room that I have to do all the work for. I felt like I was at Bates Motel and not in a good way either!
Bed was about to crash, AC in the bathroom and right out on the road with little safety seen around. Not a very comforting scene for the price that was paid.
Filthy filthy filthy. Dirt on floors, secerely stained rugs, cereal bowls left over from other guestsunder beds. Smelled like sewage when the windows were opened. Soap wrappings left in the shower. Fridge had green "fur". Front door torn off room. Otherwise, just loved the place.
The hotel room was advertised as two double bed with microwave and fridge. One room had a filthy fridge which was not working and the microwave made loud annoying sound while operating. The second room didn't had the fridge. Both rooms had a strong smell of naphthalene balls.

4th of July Grand Island
Wanted to stay on the Island to attend Fantasy Island for the fireworks and extended hours for July 4th.
Had problem with first room, and owners relocated us to another.
Owners are incredibly friendly and gave me a business card with personal cell number to contact them should
I have any further problems ,in case he was out.
As he stated, its his first year on the island, and seems to be updating or reconditioning the older, style , small, motel.
We slept well and kept the windows open. Motel is across the road from KOA campground, and it reminded me of camping, as the pleasant smell of campfires prevailed. Traffic (noise) on the road is virtually non existant at night.
This is the absolute worst hotel we've ever stayed at. The screen door was broken. The inside of the room had not been cleaned in a while. It smelled bad, like mold or sewage or something. The shower was dirty, sink had mothballs in it for some reason. Toilet seat was filthy. I didn't even shower because I didn't want my bare feet on the dirty floors or shower stall. Microwave was not clean. Fridge was not plugged in and smelled like spoiled milk when we opened it. Bedding had not been changed or washed; there were hairs and dirt in the sheets. No wifi though it was listed. I suspect the positive reviews from other sites like Google were paid for or left by the staff because this place was terrible.
Arrived really late and the description is entirely false. It says there are 18 rooms there are only 10. The bathroom is disgusting because there's rust in the tub and paint peeling. It says that all rooms have free wi-fi but we were unable to get wi-fi on either of our laptops in room 10 so we walked towards the office and were unable to get a signal until room 3. We asked to be moved and the manager said the wi-fi wasn't obligatory but only if they wanted to offer it. Trust the bad reviews and sleep in your car or somewhere else.
The stay was horrible. Very small crunched room. Showers were broken and not working properly. No hot water from shower. Stains all over the floor mat. Horrible bed (Actually it was a spring bed and not a regular bed). Toilet comode is not cleaned properly. Bathroom doors cannot be locked. If you need to verify this information, please reserve your spot at room no. 6 in this hotel.
This is the worst place even. I would not even call it a Hotel. I am surprised that Hotels.com even lists this hotel on their website. Hotels.com needs to perform some quality check before listing such hotels on their website.
