Absolutely loved my stay here recently. The whole process was easy from booking to checkout. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious. The only thing that could have been better is housekeeping didn’t make up the beds but other than that, very nice stay.

Good stay. Couple of light maintenance needed to our room (220). Needs to paint the walls where the spackle is lost, fix the towel bar in the shower and the crack in the floor tile in the bathroom. Accidently spilled something on the floor in front of the microwave/fridge area and wiped it up with one of the white washcloths. Was grossed out to learn that floor was that dirty. There were also stains in the carpet. I wish we were offered firm pillows and not just the soft ones. I couldn't sleep due to the lack of a firm pillows and the bed wasnt really supportive. The pool area used an extra amount of chlorine which was very strong. Breakfast was good and staff interactions were uneventful. Lovely Christmas tree in the lobby and nice pictures of the falls in the rooms. Overall, not a bad stay and would consider staying there again.
