The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). Unfortunately we do NOT allow cats. Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet to be paid prior to check-in. We have a 30lb weight limit on dogs. Any unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, We reserve the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.
We only provide supplies to get you through 3-4 days. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.

*North Carolina Burn Ban
Due to hazardous forest fire conditions and to prevent any unfortunate incident, the North Carolina Forest Service has issued a burn ban for all counties in the state and has canceled all burning permits statewide effective 8 a.m. Friday, March 21, until further notice.
The ban prohibits all open burning in all 100 counties in this instance, regardless of whether a permit was previously issued. The issuance of any new permits has also been suspended until the ban is lifted. Anyone violating the burn ban faces a $100 fine plus $183 court costs. Any person responsible for setting a fire may be liable for any expenses related to extinguishing the fire.
As a precautionary measure, we kindly ask the guests to refrain from using the fire pit during this time. Your safety and comfort are our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.

Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet on the lower level.
To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Pets
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. We have a 30lb weight limit on dogs.
Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.
Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $150 is to be collected prior to check-in. We have a 30lb weight limit on dogs. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, we requires guests to purchase travel insurance.
Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.

Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.

We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media.
