This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff was very attentive to our needs and very accommodating to my guest who came to see us. The breakfast could offer more variation but it was good, everything was fresh in the mornings; the 24hrs tea and coffee facility was very helpful. This hotel is not luxurious but we appreciated it for the time we spent.

Everything was just fine, except our check in process. It seems that our reservation was given to someone else and then they could not find ours. It took about 20-30 mins to figure it out, but we finally got a room. The front desk person was very kind and tried to work out the issue. We presented all of our Hotels.com confirmation which included the verification of prepayment. She called her manager and eventually it was all squared away.

Brutal cold while I was there. The heater in the rest room didn’t work. Asked the desk to have it fixed on the first day. Not fixed. 3 days, Staff didn’t bother to reach back out to me for an update.

I am a big fan of Sleep inn.. But the overwhelming smell of Pot in the hallways and into the room was awful.. i was understanding that no smoking was NO smoking.

What about the lobby was nice but the rooms have a lot of wear and tear. The bedding was ripped. The carpet squares were coming up and the blinds were ripped. The bed seemed clean the bathroom was clean. The gym was out of service which was inconvenient since it was cold and snowy out. Breakfast was okay. It was the cheapest option in the area, but I don’t think I will stay here again.
