Hi there, staff was great. We were in 219, directly above us was noise till early AM. Nothing big but dropped items on a hard floor at 3 am will make a light sleeper wake. Toilet didn’t flush without removing the cover and manually lifting the float as well. Disappointed with the hotel though the staff was great.

It was a quick night stay because my husband was having an early morning surgery. We got in very late and left early, but everything we saw was clean and looked like it was recently renovated. The front desk staff was friendly and quick and informative. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful property I really enjoyed my stay the room was clean and the bed felt like heaven. The only problem was when I chose to extend my stay I was charged another deposit. Overall it was a nice experience.

Great stay!

Wonderful 1 night stay after a very late arrival at the airport. Check-in quick, friendly staff at 2am! received free upgrade to suite which was lovely, very clean and huge. Beds and linens top notch and very comfortable, so appreciated. Breakfast included in some rates; it was the only thing that was not up to par with lodging. I would not pay for it if not included in your rate. Check out time very generous ( noon) and we were allowed late check out due to arriving so late. Would highly recommend everything but breakfast.

Nice property a little secluded on a hill. Pool was not usable. Under Maintenance the day I booked it. Allowed to use alternate hotel with pool, however pipes above pool were leaking water in pool at alternate location. Comparable hotels in the area included breakfast, this one does not.

My flight got rescheduled so I arrived to the airport early. I called in advance and a lady told me I could check-in if it was after 12 (the start of a new day) so I went to the hotel. Upon arriving I confirmed with the man at the desk that I could in fact check-in after 12 without extra charge. I then waited until it was after 12 and checked in. The rooms are decent, but housekeeping ignores the do not disturb signs and will open your door while you’re in the room. I had one lady open the door twice within 30 minutes of each other. A few days later I get a random charge on my card for $126 and my room cards stopped working, so I then go to the front desk and the lady fixes my cards and tells me the $126 charge should clear and not post stating someone from the morning shift charged it for whatever reason. Upon checking out of my room, the GM tells me the $126 charge was because I checked in early and it charged me an extra day, in which he was not willing to reimburse considering MULTIPLE PEOPLE TOLD ME I COULD CHECK-IN EARLY WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE. Edit: Upon checking in they also double booked our room, so we tried our keys at the door and they would not work. To our surprise there was already someone in there and we found out because a lady screamed “STOP THAT”. Poor woman.

Room was nice and clean. Was there only one night for a sports event for my daughter. Restaurant/bar was horrible. One person working bar kitchen and service. Didn't have full menu and the food was not great. Did not eat breakfast there. Only issue with the room was no soap.
