How this place got 7 stars is beyond me. Room smelled and pillows did too! Wallpaper coming off wall an only 2 pieces of tissue in the box! This place needs a major overhaul.

I understood this was an older property but it truly is time for updates to be made. Not just tired but dirty. Place also smelled very strong of curry. Bed was comfortable atleast. Breakfast is a joke. They should just not bother offering it. Check in was friendly but we found their practices dishonest. We had an extra charge on checking out for using a credit card to pay. This was never disclosed to us. Also, this is an Oyo Hotel which was not disclosed. They precharged our credit card when they were not supposed to. Then they were very hard to deal with for answers as to why. If desperate, an overnight stay maybe but would recommend paying more and going else where.

OK rooms, very poor breakfast

I always pick a hotel that has a breakfast for the convenience factor when I can. This hotel had a cute Retro look of the 3 I was considering. Since they all had breakfasts I picked this one. However, breakfast consisted of a loaf of bread left out in it's package, some cereal and most disturbing, a milk bottle about 1/8 full that was sitting out on the counter with no cooling whatsoever! Looking at the milk you had NO idea how many days it had been placed out there just growing bacteria in the warmth. Since there was literally nothing else to eat, We went and paid for breakfast elsewhere. the other two places were chain hotels where we would have received waffles, juices, muffins etc.

Large/Older property needing attention. Mattress ripped up. Didnt see signs of bugs, but was uncomfortable and couldn't rest. There wasn't even coffee available, much less breakfast. No one at desk to ask. We are smokers and have difficulty finding clean smoking rooms. Wont be back to this hotel.

Spacious but needs TLC

Room was very cold, but eventually warmed up. Breakfast offering was simple, nothing fancy. No waffles or hot items. Room price was very reasonable as are many older motels in Gallup.

Great for the price!

This was a very comfortable, large, clean room for the price. No frills, just exactly what you needed to get a good night's rest after a long day of traveling. I didn't expect such a great room for such a low price!

When I checked in as soon as I opened the lobby, it stunk really bad like food. Sheets on the bed were minimal no blankets were provided. We were given an adjoining room. However, our door would not lock. The room had an old smell about it. There were not enough outlets to plug your phone, and Apple watches into. When we went for breakfast, we were locked out of our room. Without even saying, we were ready to check out. The continental breakfast was toast, two granola bars, and cereal that was stale. We were right next to a train that went by all hours of the night. The hallways were ice, cold and not heated. Unfortunately, we would not be returning to this location in the future.
