Room was nice, waterpark was nice (no wave pool) Staff was horrible - they seemed annoyed every time you tried to buy something or ask a question, and the other guests were very ghetto - one lady about 45 yrs old, was cursing out an 11 yr old for splashing her while she was in the kiddie section, at a water park. Instead of asking her to leave the staff just ignored it. Another time we were waiting in line for the wav board, a guy was "holding the spot" for 7 kids. When it was his turn, 7 kids jumped in front, each kids gets about 5 minutes. The fire alarm went off because someone was cooking in their room, everyone was standing outside in the freezing cold for 30 minutes until the fire department cleared it, in soaking wet swimsuits, no clothes, no shoes, no towels. When we came back in, there was no apology. No offering of something warm to drink. The text message they sent was really kind of rude.

This was the worst waterpark experience I've ever had. My family fell ill and we encountered terrible service at their restaurant, "Bixby." The Kartrite adventure water area and lazy river were both closed due to maintenance and a lack of staff. My kids couldn't enjoy themselves at all. We lodged a complaint at the front desk, but they informed us that the manager was unavailable at that moment. They gave me an email address to reach out to. I sent an email but received no response after a week. Save your money and steer clear of this dreadful waterpark.

The size of the resort was perfect. We have been to others where thinking of walking back to your room felt like a forever track. Not Kartrite...it's the perfect size. We stayed in the two bedroom suite w/balcony...plenty of room for all to have their own space and worth the extra money.

Kids running the halls all night long yelling screaming knocking on all the doors while we are sleeping, lifeguard rude attitudes , everything is over priced, slow workers in the food places they don’t care waited over and hour for a table at the only restaurant they had available, food could have been better for the price…! Waterpark closes at 7 my kids are being screamed at by 6:50 to leave the attractions they are closing after they were already waiting in line, an absolute disgrace for almost $500 a night…!!!!! The property is clean, albeit a tad tired. The waterpark is a nice size for a few hours. The issue with it was that two main attractions were closed due to staffing shortages. Additionally a larger indoor/outdoor pool would improve the facility. Food options on property are limited.
