Pillows and linen in room meed updates, took forever for room service but they compensated us on a few to make up for it which was nice. Water park water seemed real old, dingy, couldnt wait to wash off. Balcony had over an inch of all of it, we all almost fell. Overall was a nice room though and kids had a great time

The food has to get better. Burger was not cook and the tenders were fried too hard. Most of the order machines were out of order as well as the fountain drinks. My breakfast sandwich at the to go please was frozen when served to me however the young lady make it over and it was perfect.

The hotel was fine. But when arriving there was not enough shampoo conditioner in the shower and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone on the phone. I ended up texting someone and they finally came. The restaurant was out of a lot of the menu items. There was not enough staff present.

Its a great water park. A little small but not super crowded, very clean and great staff. my kids had a blast. My only suggestion for kartrite is to open a convenience store on the property that sells snacks, drinks and basic needs. There is a small store at the water park but its very limited and closes early. There are vending machines but again limited.

Staff were great. Especially Eddie Castillo who helped out so much during check in. Great for younger kids. Older kids will get bored fast ... not much to do other than the water park and arcade.

The stay was not bad. Jason and the woman in the Bar Mez was amazing. However I was overcharged by $150. DO NOT PURCHASE THE DINNER AND BREAKFAST VOUCHERS TO RECEIVE AN ARCADE CREDIT--- YOU WILL NOT SEE THE CREDITS ON YOUR STATEMENT WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. I was a bit underwhelmed by visit this time around as I’ve been there a few times before and truly enjoyed it previously. But unfortunately it was not the case this time around. We booked 1 night with the intention of being there for 2 days. No where on their website did it state that the water park would be closed on Tuesday (we checked in Monday) we don’t find out until we arrived. Then when we took our kids to the kids room to play and color the staff was so dismissive- my daughter asked for coloring paper and the girl kept brushing us off so I approached her kindly asking for coloring paper ( they had crayons and markers set up in a color station) and she responded with if it’s not there then we don’t have - not sure why she couldn’t print new ones or offer my daughter another option. The market where they supposedly snacks, drinks, breakfast (grab n go) was COMPLETELY EMPTY the selves were stocked with the bare minimum. One thing I know is they sell kosher options for those who eat kosher and they had signs stated kosher was sold out (but it was only 12pm not sure how so much was sold out so quick) I don’t know I just feel like they dropped the ball on this one. For the pros- the rooms are very clean and spacious , the movie night in the lobby was really nice and the staff over all was very friendly
