Overnight stay

Got in later than expected. The desk clerk, Kelsey was friendly and efficient. She was informative about the services offered. The room was very comfortable with a separate bedroom off the living room. The kitchen area had plenty of dishes and glasses for a longer stay. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. Highly recommended

Room was clean and spacious. Theater room was great. Outdoor pool was a little dirty, but it was windy over the weekend. There were no pool towels and only 3 chairs for entire pool area. Otherwise great property, i would stay again and i would recommend to family and friends.

Enjoyable two-night stay

My wife and I stayed at the Staybridge Suites the first two nights of our vacation in New Mexico. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked well but the fan ran continuously which some guests might find annoying. I found the bed to be comfortable but my wife thought it was on the hard side. We used the outdoor pool and hot tub which were well maintained. The complementary breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold selections. The employees that we interacted with were friendly and dedicated to providing a positive customer experience. Overall, I recommend Staybridge Suites Las Cruces.

Loved it

We really loved the room. It was 2 seperate rooms with a seperate living room area. It had a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher. The cabinets were stocked with cups, plates, utensils. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful Discovery

We travel a lot and we were very pleased. It had a small kitchenette utensils and plates and big refrigerator. It was exactly what we needed!! The staff was so friendly. We will definitely return to this place!

Good hotel, sometimes bad neighbors

Was a guest at staybridge suites. Las Cruces and I made 4 complaints about the upstairs guest for yelling and banging on the floor. My girlfriend called downstairs twice about the ongoing and excessive noise that lasted till 3 in the morning. The front desk conracted the police twice about the upstairs guest not stopping the noise after several requests forthem to stop. I first reported the yelling and banging noise at 11:30 pm and it finally stopped around 3:00 am. I requested to be moved to another room, becuse we couldn't get to sleep. They said no rooms were available to move. The hotel was nice, but the unruly guest was not. I wish the hotel would have removed the trouble maker.Still waiting for IHG to contact me about a refund for not being able to switch rooms or transferred to another hotel after multiple noise complaints and police contact.

The suite was spacious and well laid out. The breakfast and the happy hour snacks were substantial enough to skip dinner. The negatives were excessive traffic noise (you'll need earplugs to sleep) a room safe that did not work, and a dishwasher that was never installed properly and would pull out from under the counter when loading. The "dog friendliness" was gross. People would bring their stinky mutts into the dining area and feed them scraps. Dogs should not be allowed in hotels.
