I checked in late at night, only to be awoken before 8 am by loud noises. I looked out my window and realized that my room was directly under demolition. When I went outside to look, I saw that the demolition was only in that corner of the hotel and I should have been placed in any other part of the hotel. Front desk and another office staff member couldn't have been less concerned. I have written to the manager and hope to hear back. Pretty sure what they did was illegal.

The reservation I made was not used because the driver of the 94-year old customer took him to the Cicero Holiday Inn which they were told was closest to the airport and had no reservation for him. Thankfully there was a vacancy. I am not happy about the fact that your system could not have discovered that he indeed had a reservation but was dropped off at the wrong hotel.

A great stay

After travelling all day it was nice to arrive at a clean hotel, the girl at reception was very nice, what a pleasure. The room was spacious and we had a good size bathroom, lots of room to put our toiletries and the shower was a great size too. All in all a great stay!

The drain in the sink in the bathroom was not working. It was impossible to use the sink. The TV is useless, can’t connect to YouTube or Netflix and there are no channels in there. When called the staff to let them know we were coming in later, they disregarded the reason for our call and were very pushy trying to sell us some credit card.
