the air condition unit is making loud nosie. i called the front office. they didn't offer to repair or take a look atit first but instead they ask me if I want to leave and with no charge to me. i know it was a busy day and all room were occupied . That was still a very unpleasant answer I got.

Air conditioning was broken. Even when off it sounded like a jackhammer. Called the desk and they said there were no other rooms available. I asked if someone could come try to stop the noise and they replied “This is an economy hotel”. You get what you paid for. Walked out, turned in my key and slept in my car.

This was our first experience staying in a hotel in the LA area. The area was overall nice and there was plenty of shopping and food places to eat at the staff was very nice, but the hotel rooms were very rundown very outdated. The bed was very uncomfortable, but the room itself was clean.

Just a room with a bed and bathroom. Covers the basics, and only coffee or tea for breakfast. Finding a decent sized parking space is always a problem here. Be prepared to get dinged or scuffed.

I love to stay at good nite inn for my solo getaways. Never disappoints, always providing excellent service. My room was comfortable, had no complaints about the stay. I’ll certainly stay here again in the future. Thanks for the coffee by the way.

The parking lot seemed a little sketchy but no one bothered me or my vehicle, and I even went out at night. I was very happy with my room, the cleanliness, and the beautiful pool.

Our stay was very enjoyable! We stayed in a deluxe room. It was very roomy & fresh. It had plenty of fluffy, new towels. The bathroom tub was very clean no moldy grout or discoloration in it! Just Beautifully taken care of! It was very refreshing to walk into a nice roomy room that had been cleaned with pride! We would definitely stay there again!

Disappointing.

Front desk and responsiveness to request for a ground level room was very good. However, the rest was disappointing. The room was very "tired". It took two of us to get the shower lever to engage and it only came 2/3 of the way up, reducing the flow and effectiveness of the shower. The bath mat(towel) was dirty. The breaker for the wall socket for the hair dryer kept going off. No housekeeping the first day, and only after we asked (after 3PM) the second day. We weren't looking for sheet changes, just the basic make up the bed; replace the towels and light vacuuming, etc. It was a chore getting them to service our room. There were small bugs (one or two a day) on bathroom floor...looked like they came through an opening in bathroom wall near the floor.

No hot water

No hot water for shower early in the morning. Went to front desk and young man said he’d look into. Had to go to Hilton and shower at friends room. Spoke to manager this morning and he said he’d look into it. There was hot water this morning but no compensation for our troubles yesterday. I told him someone had been in our room and he denied it emphatically, a worthless employee. We had new towels so I knew someone had been there.

Quick check in, coffee in the lobby. We were able to walk to McDonald's and then to Pepperdine. Small room, but no issues. A second luggage rack would be helpful.
