Free or not free I am still a person

When we went down to have continental breakfast the hostess was a lady older hispanically were blondish pulled back hair was very rude and one of the host was a male older Mexican American and I don't recall his name was also very rude they made it seem as though we could not afford to be there which was very insulting we did have one come up and was very very nice actually it was too Mexican-American men that were tall and skinny and they were I believe the cleaners who would clean up the tables were very very nice they were the only reason why I think I did not complain at that moment because they served my son and myself as how we were supposed to be treated and I enjoyed the rest of my stay whether it be continental or I pay for it should not be the reason to be treated unfairly or rudely

Fun place for family vacation. Shuttles were convenient to universal studios. Fun. Pool and nice, clean room. There are parking charges so just be prepared for the $50 cost per night to park. Super great breakfast buffet also!

I was really impressed with the convenience and cleanliness of this hotel. We enjoyed the covered parking even though we walked and took the shuttle to Universal Studios. On the Internet, some mentioned that it wasn’t close to anything, but we drove easily to Griffith Park Griffith, Observatory stars walk of fame Price is right and felt it was very easy and close.
