Such a disappointing stay at a Hilton. We had two rooms, king corner rooms with pull out beds. 757 & 758. 758 smelled like mildew, and the whole room was slightly damp. The air conditioner barely worked, and the room was situated over the parking lot. It was so loud, and we had a terrible night of sleep. The downstairs bar smelled terrible, like old fish.

The property is clean, has comfortable beds, friendly staff and they are very quick to resolve any concerns. There is a reliable courtesy shuttle to Universal Studio. The property has a heated swimming pool and a hot tub. My son enjoyed swimming and made many friends. Room service is excellent. We enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend .

I had to book a room last minute due to some unexpected circumstances. It did take a bit for the room to be ready (understandably, I arrived way before check in began) but Linda at the front desk was SO wonderful in making sure I was taken care of! I had been waiting quite a while in the lobby when she called me over to tell me she was making sure I got a room before she went home for the day. Considering I was traveling alone I am so appreciative to Linda for looking out for me! The hotel was extremely convenient for Universal Studios Hollywood. Only a 5 minute walk across the street to the front gate!

Great hotel

If you are visiting Universal Studios, this is the perfect spot to enjoy it. Room was spacious, clean and functional, and we were lucky to have great views. Hotel was also convenient to Hollywood, just a short drive away.

Not recommended

The room we stayed is very old. The water in the shower is very slow and not hot even though we turn to the highest point. The water pressure isn’t strong enough to provide sufficient water to each room when multiple showers were in use. The air conditioner fan had a very strong unpleasant smell when blowing air out. The bedsheet and blankets also had a strange smell and made my skin itchy during sleep. They provided only two free bottles of water for our entire stay. Although they cleaned our room during our stay, bathroom supplies were not refilled. With all the poor conditions in our room, the staff at the front desk and bell desk are very nice and accommodating. That’s why I gave an extra star or it would have been just one. It’s not worth it for the money we paid for and it’s totally not up to a 4-star hotel. 3-star at max. Will explore near by air bnb option next time. Will never come back to this site. Compared to other Hilton we stayed, this one is the worst.

Experience didn't match the price tag. A $10 value breakfast at $36 rate. $150 a person dinner buffet with zero customer service. Forced me to park in the parking garage then walk and carry my luggage all the way back to check-in. Graffiti in the elevators.

Air Conditioning wasn't working in half the building. It was cooler in the halls than it was in the room. We had the thermostat cranked down to cool the room down and it never got below 80. Miserable sleeping experience.
