Had a great stay. The hotel staff were very accommodating, the room was clean and well stocked, and we loved the pool area. And so convenient for Universal Studios, with a free shuttle every 15 minutes. We will certainly be back.

We were visiting the Universal park from Scotland and would stay again in a heartbeat! Amazing and very friendly staff. Every single person we had contact with was helpful and kind. Lovely spacious, clean room and a great shower!
