Our hotel room door broke on the first day and wouldn't lock, the bathroom shower handle was broken and inoperable, old carpeting, peeling window treatments, fold-out bed was terrible, our neighbor blasted music starting at 6am 2 days in a row. Cannot recommend.

The room was perfect! Everything was exactly as I had hoped it would be. The bed and pillows were beyond comfortable. The service from the staff is top notch. The location to Univesal Studios is extremely convenient. We can’t wait to stay again.
