Was there for universal studios with the kids. Family of four. Very friendly upon arrival. Valet and self parking is kind of pricey at $60 per day, but overall worth the money. Drinks in hotel are pricey as well…so be prepared to fork out $21 for one cocktail plus tip. Free shuttle to the studios and shops, Easy walking as well. The pool Has a bar and is clean, not huge resort style but big enough. Overall 5 stars.

Horrible experience Valet staff was rude and aggressive. Food not good and expensive. Requested late check out and was approved yet, had staff pounding on our door telling us time to leave! When complaints communicated to Hilton manager nothing was done, just told that’s not how Hilton does things!!

The property was so convenient to the activities we were doing. We really enjoyed the short walk to universal studios and the city walk. The staff went out of their way to answer any questions or help, and parking was so easy. And our view of the city with the corner king was amazing!!! We highly recommend this hotel!

Loved the bar and the incredible steak and eggs breakfast. A quick, free tram ride to universal studios and citywalk. Great place to take a break from the horrible LA traffic.

We loved that there was a quick shuttle to Universal Studios, but also that it is close enough that it's under a 10 minute walk if we don't feel like waiting for the shuttle. The pool area aesthetic was cute. The rooms were very quiet and our view of the park was cool - we were able to see some fireworks from our room on the nights we left the park before the nighttime show. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great property and staff was excellent! The only issue is one of our two rooms smelled like smoke and it was a non smoking room but that’s not the hotel fault. Additionally, it took a while to cool down the same room. Otherwise the hotel was spot on with how long it took to walk to universal and everything was easy to find. Parking was great and easy to access. The rooms were clean and overall great experience.
