Besides the construction going on, everything was okay. The staffs were helpful. But we wished we were closer to the elevator due to my mom’s arthritis. And our room upgrade did not get us any closer to the elevator when I asked if the room was closer the staff member said yes and paid additional 60 a night was sorta a scam. Whatever!? I probably will never stay at this Hilton again cause of that. Closer to the elevator means like the first 2 rooms not like down to the end of the hall, that is not “close” to the elevator at all.

This hotel is under considerable construction, the the rooftop lounge, andrestaurant was closed, and they opened a little area in the lobby for our breakfast and no dinner was available. Much of the staff, especially behind the front desk was uninformed and rude when we asked questions about where to go for happy hour and breakfast. Also, this has no spa and the pool is closed. We were very disappointed. $65 a night for parking was also excessive.

This is our second stay at the hotel with our dog. The staff is excellent. The rooms are a good size and clean. Parking is easy. The location is great. Again we were treated so well and the service here is excellent.
