Perfect hotel for Universal Studios! The free shuttle bus comes so frequently and was fast and easy. It's also a very short walk to the park. We liked going to the Starbucks on-site for breakfast.

It was clean and staff super friendly! I love the shuttle that took us to Universal Studios. The shuttle comes every 15 minutes! Loved my stay.

I enjoyed the staff very pleasant there was mold found behind the curtains before we left on both sides, prices for washing clothes and prices of food were extremely high. Parking itself was almost $50 a night which was quite pricey. I must say overall we may find another location to stay due to our overall experience but amazing staff!!!!

First Universal Trip!

So much fun!! Excellent location from the Universal park and hotel staff was sweet and accommodating with helpful knowledge for those who aren’t used to the area (like we were!). Also offered a shuttle bus ride right to the park entrance! Hoping to be back to both Universal and this hotel at the end of the year - can’t wait! :)
