As we drove up to the entrance we were warmly greeted by the valet. He helped us u load the car and the bellman was right there ready to take our bags up to the room. Check in was easy and fast, and the staff at the desk were warm and friendly, letting us know how happy they were to have us. First impressions of the room it was clean nicely decorated, and I love the bathroom. The water was hot and lasted that way for everybody who stayed in the room. It smelled great and the linens were clean every single time we left to go somewhere somebody was right there to tell us have a good day or to help us get our car. I come to Universal at least once every year and I will definitely be staying here again.

We went for my sons birthday and the staff made it extra special by adding balloons and a cheesecake and a sweet note wishing him a happy birthday. We stayed here for universal studios and the walk is easy and no more than 5-7min. They have shuttles as well. The Starbucks in there is great the best Iv ever been to in a hotel and the restaurant is yummy too. They where giving out popsicles to the kiddos as they cam into the hotel which my kids loved. We will be staying here again

Clean and Beautiful Property, close to Universal Studios, you either can walk or take the shuttle buses that come every 15mins over all Great place! Only Bad part $50 for parking was a bit High! And the parking was extremely tight!!! Cars are literally “12 inches from door to door on a mid size suv! Other than that is Great I highly recommend it!

First timer

I didn’t like how very slow their 3 elevators were and they were so tiny compared to any reg elevators. We were on 17th floor and as we go down to lobby it became so packed. It was weird because when we hit 4th floor it somehow went back to 19th floor. We were so over it. Other than that it was super close to Universal Studio. So comvenient. However, you have to pay for parking cause I think it wasn’t owned by the hotel.

Customer service was amazing with anything we did. Ordered room service twice and everything was delicious! Pizza, meatballs and spaghetti, Alfredo, chocolate cake, chicken... So good! Pool and hot tub were wonderful and my kids had fun! Checking in and out were quick and easy. Would definitely recommend staying here. Quick walk to universal, we would recommend walking vs waiting in line for shuttle. Paying for parking at a hotel is ineveitable and not driving to universal meant we didn't have to pay for parking there too. I wish we could order pool-side breakfast or snacks, no food could be delivered to pool until lunchtime but not a big issue at all.

Did not like all the Teslas waiting to charge because they lined up on the main street up to the hotel. At some point it felt unsafe because there were too many cars parked waiting. The line went up to the cross walk and while there another car sped in the opposite lane to get to the structure, frustrated at the stopped vehicles, it honked and yelled at the Teslas. Inside the property the hotel was lovely the room was OK. For what we paid I expected the room to be in better condition. Mainly my issue was with the bathroom. The pocket door wobbled too much and the latch was bent. The caulking in the shower was in poor condition, you could see mold build up. The main vent for the AC rattled just a bit, this did not bother me as much since it reminded me of my fan at home but my husband was bothered by it. We still enjoyed our stay here.
