Good...

Its was nice but nothing special besides the location. Really I only have one negative and that would be the room. We had a room for 3, two adults and a small child. King size bed and a pullout. The issue was the chair for the desk was large. I was too big to tuck under the desk. I had to move it out of the way every time I walked back and forth from the bed to the door.

We stayed at Sheraton when we visited Universal Studios. It was a short walk to the park. Ask a staff member for the “short cut” and you will not have to walk up the whole hill. Room was clean and service was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall the Hotel Room was Very Good. Clean-ish, Modern look. However there was small things that could use improvement. The coffee machine in my room was a dirty from dried up water stains, making my wife fear it would get her sick. And the head rest lamp was not working at all. I hate to seem knit picky but when the room is priced at close to $300 a night I expect the room to at least be well maintained for all visiting guests.

stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to several issues with billing and overall efficiency. First, the hotel mistakenly charged me for two incorrect amounts totaling $247.03 ($102.49 $144.54). Despite contacting the front desk multiple times, the issue was not promptly resolved. It took several follow-ups and unnecessary delays to get any response. Furthermore, the overall efficiency of the staff was quite poor. Simple requests took an unusually long time to handle, and the staff seemed disorganized and lacking attention to detail. While the facilities were decent, the frustrating experience with billing errors and the lack of effective customer service overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their internal processes to prevent similar issues for future guests.

it was within walking distance of Universal Studio but the room we got was at the very end of the hall. Next to the freeway. We heard the cars all night long. Very hard to sleep even with the TV and the fan going. The shower leaked outside the door and no hot water in the sink. The beds were very hard..

If you are looking to stay close to Universal Studios Hollywood, this is your place. Love that the shuttle was a priority before other hotel, picked us first and dropped off at hotel at the end of the day. Convenient restaurant on site and great room service. Highly recommend
