If this property did not advertise they do not have AC then I WANT REFUNDED MY PAYMENT! Ridiculous I put up with a broken fan, rude staff, and unfair/ possibly discriminating treatment on early check-in in comparison to other customers

This is a good place to stay. It’s in walking distance of different places to eat and shop and the beach. Downside is there is no air conditioning and the tvs are so small that they aren’t worth watching. But overall it isn’t a bad place to stay.

A Perfect Venice Beach Stay! I had an incredible stay at Air Venice on the Beach! The location truly can’t be beat—right on the beach and perfect for rollerskating along the iconic boardwalk. It’s also directly across the street from VBC, my favorite restaurant and bar in the area. Total win. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and a special shoutout to James at the concierge—he went above and beyond to make sure my visit was smooth and enjoyable. His kindness honestly made me want to come back just for the experience alone! As for the area, it’s exactly what you’d expect from Venice Beach—colorful, eclectic, and a little gritty in the best way. If you’re looking for something overly polished or pretentious, this might not be your scene. But if you’re here for good vibes, great people-watching, and a true Venice experience, this is the spot. Can’t wait to come back!

Can’t sleep

There is no lobby. The building is so old floors are just way too old. Windows are right there on the beach thousands of people can see you, no parking you have to walk two blocks away. I’m getting out of here at 4 o’clock in the morning because I can’t wait to get out of here. Can’t sleep

This property has no A/C. It was extremely hot. Also it is adjacent to a very loud nightclub that was blasting heavy bass well after midnight. Photos of the room were completely fake.

The staff was great but the property is a bit old and shows wear in ways not super obvious on the photos. Great location like ten feet away from the beach. Beautiful scenery from the room directly. Just a bit old.

Noisiest hotel room

Friendly staff, the noisiest three days ever and no air conditioning, nice walking distance to other favorite neighborhoods, once the club noise stopped the homeless yelling all night took over, if we had air conditioning the windows wouldn’t have to be open.
