Staff were not particularly helpful, firstly I had to prove I had paid for the room already, surely they have record of this themselves. Secondly after walking to almost the other side of the hotel with luggage, the room key didn’t work. The room wasn’t particularly clean but was just about acceptable. At the end of the day it was very cheap but I wouldn’t have expected poor staff and dirtiness.

Due to our flight being cancelled at last minute, we then had to look for a room near to the airport. Price was cheap for 1 night and it was 5 mins from airport. Rooms are basic but clean and it's all you need to get your head down . We went next door to the Mantra for drinks and breakfast the next morning. There is a McDonald's, Krispy Creme around the corner also . We booked the shuttle bus for the Sunday morning cost us $12 dollars each definitely worth it . Recommend if flying out early to stay here . Staff are very good too .

The room key wasn’t working properly. I had to try several times to open the door. I asked for a baby cot. They confirmed while booking that it will be provided but it wasn’t. I requested for a taxi with baby seat to the airport. They said they will arrange it and it wasn’t properly arranged. A cab arrived at 4am and they don’t know whether it is the correct one. They told me go and stand outside and you will see a big car. It was raining. I didn’t have any other option so I waited for few minutes and went on the cab with the baby that came if not I will miss my flight. Overall a terrible experience.

the hotel was wonderful! Nice, clean room and friendly staff. We only stayed for one night, and so didn't use or request any amenities. i would add though that although the location is "near the airport" if you're arriving from the international side, you will need to get a taxi/uber here as the walk cannot be done (google says it would take an hour!!, likely because you cannot just walk through the airport from the international side like this)
