This property should not be operational. We were told we would have a renovated room, and while it may have been painted, & possibly had some work done (evidenced by sheetrock dust on surfaces), it certainly was not nearly completed. Sat in the lobby several times during my 2 night stay & the continuous number of complaints coming to the front desk was almost unbelievable. The entire hotel was in poor condition & laden with all different issues (card key doesn’t work, shower leaking, no hot water, no AC available, filthy bathrooms, stained bedding & walls, no one at the front desk, etc.). The hotel was sorely understaffed & the owners should be ashamed at how they are operating it. We will not stay at this or any other Randolph House Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham ever again.
