I think the property had been closed for a time and had recently reopened. A lot of stuff didn’t work. The room had a free standing air conditioner but was comfortable nonetheless. One of the two elevators was out of order and the only ice machine was in the lobby. The property has great potential but needs a little time to get everything working.

The water in shower was cold. Never got never got warm even after several minutes. Tub was dirty. Water didn’t drain from tub so you stood in the water. Sheets not changed with three night stay and there was no chamber service during the stay.

There was NO FRIDGE in the room!!!!! no ice-maker in hotel (just a large communal bin with a scoop in lobby area), one of two elevators was out of service (door was stuck). Parking area and other buildings outside rundown. The only reasons I gave 2 stars instead of 3...the staff were pleasant, the bed was comfortable and there was Greek yogurt for breakfast instead of the usual cheap tasteless kind. Would not recommend it especially not having a fridge

When you walk in the lobby looks great. Unfortunately things go downhill quickly from there. The elevator carpet is worn and stained. The room is very outdated. The mattress has not been changed in years, the WiFi does not reach the room, the bathroom is tiny with the counters very low and the toilet is not standard height. The house phone had no cord so it was useless. The air conditioning unit was a Jerry-rigged unit that was extremely noisy. In my opinion the hotel should be closed and either redone top to bottom or bulldozed.

The pre-registration was a waste of time as they required me to do the same paperwork again. Staff had ear buds in during check in. Plus I had to give them my credit card again even though I had already paid. There was no hot water in the morning 6am and no one at the desk to report it to. Hotel was poorly identified, no markings on the building, one small road sign. Had the air of a building ready for demo, nothing on walls. The residence was clean but dated.

This property is going through a renovation so all of the amenities weren’t available. Breakfast was very limited. Our room had a portable a/c unit that was very noisy. We felt it was worth what we paid for.

The hotel overall was worth the money paid. Staff was friendly and efficient; rooms were clean and well appointed. The beds were super comfortable... but small. They would be much better suited for 1 person than 2 as suggested. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but check the bed size when booking and make sure it will be adequate for your needs.
