JFK shuttle convenience

Convenient for JFK travel. Shuttle picks up 20 mins after the hour at Federal Circle. Return to JFK runs every hr on the hr (not every half hr as per hotel website). Appreciated the lobby coffee.

It is what it is.

Look, two facts to tell you everything you need to know about this place: - It’s conveniently close to the airport. - The check-in desk is behind a plexiglass window for the staff’s protection. You stay here because you have a super early flight. Or you are using one of the rooms for… let’s call it “business.” No other reason. Staff were super nice and very helpful. They probably want to be there even less than you, so they get five stars for their positive attitude. I’ll probably wind up here again but not more than one quick night before getting on that airport shuttle.

Convenient location, relatively clean but very outdated. Elevator in need of some care and surface repairs. Staff accommodating and friendly. My room had a leaky fridge, which they offered to replace but we were checking out the next day. Overall this place was good for a quick overnight stay, but don’t expect any comforts of chain hotels. Not the best value for the price.

One of the Worst experiences

It took more than 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle to show up, then the driver didn’t get off to load up our bags or to open the car door, we did it our selvas, the guy didn’t even say hi or anything, same thing when we checked in, no customer Service at all not even greet us.
