Perfectly Acceptable Airport Hotel

This was a perfectly acceptable airport hotel. And honestly, it's one of the only airport hotels around JFK that is somewhat reasonably priced, IMO. The airport shuttle was super efficient and convenient. The front desk attendant even went through and specially made sure that everyone who signed up for the shuttle at that time was there. I would book again, no question.

The staff was very friendly answered my questions ,the location was perfect with what I had to do. Continental breakfast was nice a little bit of everything to hold you till later. My room was spacious clean. They have a washer and dryer if you need.

Not like the pictures; at all.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The building is ancient and poorly maintained. The room felt dated, with a slightly dirty carpet that had an unpleasant smell, and the toilet was leaking. The surrounding neighborhood did not feel safe or welcoming. On the positive side, the hotel is close to a Burger King for a quick bite, and the free airport shuttle was convenient. Although breakfast was complimentary, it was far below expectations in both quality and variety. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

Definitely no frills, but felt like the place was clean and the people were nice. We stayed there for the night due to its proximity to the stadium where the concert we were seeing was. We were able to walk outside the door and get something to eat. There are plenty of fast food Options around that are walkable as well as an Applebee’s. Would stay there again if we had a reason to. The airport shuttle was fantastic and convenient.

There is fast food and shopping near by, but the state of the hotel is dilapidated. When reporting that the bathtub had draining issues, the front desk already knew that there were problems but didn't do anything about it.
