Clean rooms, friendly staff, but one ice machine is on the 1st floor so you have to take elevator to get ice and just one elevator for the entire hotel. It's crazy during check out.

Because it was an accessible room, which we didn't absolutely need, it had the normal accommodations. One thing that was surprising was there was no full length mirror. In fact, the 2 mirrors in the room was a decorative one placed up high, and the bathroom mirror. Which would be (I think) unusable for someone seated in a wheelchair. A full length mirror would be usable for all. Otherwise we always like staying in a Drury Hotel.
