I didn’t get to check in because they failed to mention a large deposit , I … even after calling the hotel and confirming payment was received and I was ok to check in they reassured me I was good to check in . When I get to the property it seems as if they were looking for every reason to not let me check in .

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was decent! I would have given 5 stars if pets stay free. I don’t mind giving money for an extra deposit for my ESA, but it’s ridiculous to charge a fee!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The lobby smelled like staled smoke. He gave me the key to my room. He said it was right at the top of the stairs right when I got to the bottom of the stairs after getting out of my car, a big heavyset man was standing naked at the top of the stairs. I don’t know if he was on drugs or what so I went back in the lobby and had the guy give me another room. There was people lurking all through the parking lot. 1am in the morning you hear a train every hour on the hour honking their horn. The people in the room next to me were having a fight. You could hear him slamming the door all hours of the night. I probably got two hours of sleep and then I left I would never recommend this place. It’s noisy. There’s looters outside in the parking lot and the room was filthy and stunk my socks were black from walking on the filthy floor plus there was someone else’s hair in the sheets, so I didn’t even sleep in the bed. I slept in the chair.

Star was very nice. The linens and bathroom were clean. The only negative was the noise made by the a/c unit fan! It sounded so bad that we couldn’t use it. However the temp was still Comfortable in our room #110. I let the young woman k is at the front desk so it can be attended to. Overall we were very happy with our stay and the price of our stay.

Parking was very easy. The neighborhood seemed a little suspicious but we were fine. It also smelled pretty bad outside. Thankfully it didn't smell bad in the room. Breakfast could have been better, more variety, something with protein.
