Run down room, no phone. Instead of a room phone, they have you opt in to a text service so you can get hold of them. The problem is, when you opt in, they text you every 5 minutes with promotions, so basically they force you to sign up for Spam, and they blame it on COVID, 6 years later

The door is hard to open from the inside! They get stuck very hard to open. The cleaners came to our room and opened the door without knocking! Other wise room was ok not what was pictured on the booking site. No view from the room. I was a little disappointed, spoke to the front desk. I would book her again but now that I know they lay out I would plan better.

The amenities and the view from the property are great. You can easily walk wherever you want to go in the village and there are many other things to do like parasailing and horseback riding close by. I have stayed at this resort multiple times and if I had to offer one suggestion it would be to leave more towels and toilet paper so that I did not have to constantly chase after them for it. Enjoying the resort means you are in your room more often and it would make things more efficient for all involved.

Everything and everyone was great except for when we arrived there was a fireman's convention of some sort and they reserved their parking spots with cones and chairs. There were no spots letft whatsoever. Just felt the hotel should have seen this and said something. Otherwise staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and updated tho some of the furniture was old and scratched, missing paint. The room also needs a chair or couch of some sort.

Overall a nice property

Only negative was had to park in below ground “parking garage” one night after returning from the drive in movie as there were no available parking spaces anywhere on the property. That garage was pretty sketchy.

Great hotel, and one that I stayed in for the first time! Room was nicely appointed, good size, comfy bed and recently renovated. The dining options were excellent, breakfast was a good value and the outside bar/restaurant offered a good bang for the buck. Great views, service and food options. Put it on your list! Ill be back!
