All I wanted from a budget hotel

The room was clean and the staff was accommodating. Because of being before the busy season, I was offered a room upgrade and late checkout without asking. I couldn't figure out the heat/AC, but it wasn't needed.

Excellent service amidst challemges

The staff was excellent. We unfortunately had an issue in the first room but the staff responded immediately, upgraded us, and offered to help carry our luggage for the switch. Things happen and we were just so impressed by their above and beyond response.

Definitely Returning ASAP

The view was just as described. Convenient on location restaurant. Close enough to walk to town, but far enough to not be bothered by Saturday night crowds. The heated pool was a big hit with the kids. Access to the riverfront for a small fee was absolutely worth it. The whole family can’t wait to book next year’s trip.
