Traveled with families. We booked 3 rooms.
Pros- rooms are bigger than average rooms in Japan. Hotel located right across the street from Kyoto station.
Cons- hotel needs a remodel. Check-in process was not very good. They have you check in at a kiosk and if it didn’t go through you’ll have to stand in line again for the lobby receptionist. Rooms are too out dated. Beds are not firm and comfy. Bed is hard like floors. There was a couple of blood stains on the inside of the shower curtain in our bathroom. I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to my friends and family.
