Good spot to stay and relax

Second year coming to this hotel while visiting Japan. Have enjoyed both stays. Onsen open late hours and being a few minutes to the nearest station make this location a go-to when I'm in the area.

We were really impressed with this hotel. The rooms were large, lots of amenities in and adjoining the hotel. Great clean onsen. Friendly staff and close to the train station. We would stay here again

Go here. It is so nice here. I was worried that since it was so close to their nearest train station the noise would be bad but i literally never heard a thing outside. The place was so nice. It is a solid sleep. The staff and cleaning service was great. The dining options underneath were amazing. The rooftop access was great. Definitely reccomend going up at night. I just enjoyed how clean and spacious the room was. Definitely reccomend. Want to go back here no matter what.

The hotel offers some perks upon check-in, such as JPY 1000 discount for parking facility near the hotel (note: not at the hotel), as well as JPY 1000 discount per guest for dining at the restaurants located in the same building as the hotel. Downside is that the staff was not very familiar and helpful to attend to our query. The onsen was big and clean but the water is just normal water, not mineral water so won't feel any smoothness on the skin after soaking in the water, unlike the onsen that we went to in Gero. Overall, we are very pleased with the hotel as it is really for value and very comfortable and clean. We got 4 single beds in a reasonably sized room so all could get good sleep.
