Hotel is in a very convenient location for shopping. Staff were very friendly, loved the extra amenities available down by the front desk - lotions, tea, toiletries. One suggestion is to have better pillows and to provide two pillows/bed. My son also said the mattress was not comfortable for the sofa bed. The elevator bell could also be heard in our room so note to light sleepers!

Spent first 4 nights here in the specialised Kabuki Room in the south building and the 2nd 4 nights in a standard room. The Kabuki room, which replicated a theatre stage, was a nice change and provided many a giggle and challenge at times, particularly when trying to find the right light switch to turn off at night. As the Kabuki room was superior we had access to the premium lounge between 7pm-10pm for free drinks and snacks which was nice. Used the laundry room too which was a good bonus (cheap to use too - £2.50 a wash and 50p per 20 minutes for the dryer). Well located in a covered shopping precinct so access to shops and eateries was just outside the door. Female staff were more approachable than the males and seemed to have more English but all were helpful. We used luggage forwarding when staying here which worked very well and it was in our room waiting for us 2 days later in Tokyo. Hotel is comfortable, clean and well maintained.

We had a great stay! The hotel’s central location was excellent, perfect base for exploring the city and getting around easily. The room was quite small, but it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a pleasant place to relax after a day out. The only minor downside was the buffet breakfast, which wasn’t the best value, but overall we really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

So handy for getting to transport, good food options and close to Nishiki market. Comfortable twin room where I slept well, being 6ft 5 inches I was concerned the bed may not be big enough, but it certainly was. Great AC too.
