We had such a wonderful experience at the hotel! The staff were incredibly professional and kind, making us feel welcomed right away. Our room was not only clean but also equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. We really enjoyed the breakfast and light meals we tried a couple of times; they were quite satisfying! The lounge in the basement was a lovely touch, offering great snacks and drinks that we appreciated. Overall, we fell in love with both the hotel and Kyoto, and we can't wait to return!

Property was great and staff very friendly. We didn’t love that the eco-clean means they don’t even make the bed/tidy your room at all, they simply change the towels. Rooms are quite small here.

The rooms are clean, sleek, modern, and much bigger than the other hotels we have stayed in Tokyo. They have all the toiletries we need. Their facilitiy has laundry, gym, public bath, snack bar, and a lounge room where you can gather with a small family/group and eat. The staff are very approachable and speaks English.

Beautiful room with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and kind staff. We paid for breakfast and were given lunch as well. Plus, there is a nice club room with sofas, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks as a free service of the hotel. The Onsen is lovely after a long day. Easy access to train stations and it’s easy to get around to all of the temples and shops. A nice Pilates and yoga facility is down the street. It was a posit e experience all anroind, and I would do it all over again.
