Good location- about 1/2 block from GoJo Subway station which is one stop away from the Kyoto Station. Nice free snacks- selection of coffees, teas, cookies, and ice cream pops. Well appointed room - decent beds, good shower with the towel in a separate area. Onsen was nice- separate areas for men and women. The one suggestion I would make is to have the restaurant open longer. They do offer breakfast and lunch, but it closes at 1:30 pm. With jet lag, our eating schedules were off.

Very spacious room, bed soft but still very comfortable. Quiet air conditioning. Did not try their breakfast. Loved the free coffee, snacks, juices, popsicles. Convenient area , supermarket next door, family mart across the street. We liked the pyjamas so much that we bought a set. Highly recommended place to stay.

We appreciated the amenities in the guest lounge. The breakfast buffet was much appreciated for its variety. Our room was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add more laundry machines.

Wonderful location. The staff were all very warm, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities were wonderful. Location was close to metro, stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Pretty hotel, great hospitality, nice restaurant. These days too many hotels do not have staff trained with hospitality mind but rather operate as a gate and rule keepers due to cost cut mindset. THIS hotel was full on hospitality service mind and I was very impressed their effort and sincerelity.

Stayed at this hotel the entire time we were in Kyoto and LOVED it!! The hotel itself is very clean, cosy, and had a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. Very close to Nishiki market and a few temples (15-20 minute walk). Our room was large - much more spacious than the hotel we stayed at in Tokyo and Osaka. The guest lounge was a great plus being able to go downstairs for coffee!! We loved that the room came with pjs and slippers as well (the pjs were our favorite). 10/10 would book again the next time we’re in Kyoto!

The onsen bath in the hotel was amazing. Rooms were spacious and they also had snacks and tea/coffee/juice was all guests to enjoy at any time of the day. The hotel is also close to 2 metro stations.

We got woken up multiple times at night. We could hear the noice from guest on the floor above and car from the street. The restaurant needs better ventilator. We was waiting to check in, our clothes stink with food smell after we finished checking in.
