Horrible hotel. Crowded, dirty carpets, very small rooms, terrible breakfast, bad service. Don’t make the same mistake I did: looking at the price for a 4-star. It is never a 4-star hotel, and price is awful when you realize what you get.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot really comment about it. But by what I experienced at the hotel I am pretty sure it would have been pretty good. On arrival at the hotel I was given a free upgrade which I was very happy with. It was a very large, very clean room with a double bed and a great view from the window. Sorry I forgot to take any photos of the room. It was only about a 8 min walk from the train station. All the staff were very nice and friendly. I had a fantastic time there. Cheers

Hotel rooms are cleaned. They are small. The view of the city on the 18th floor was spectacular. Check-in process was a little confusing. They have the front desk staff but want all guests to use the kiosk. The hotel is about 10 min walk to Tokyo Tower and 3 min to Tokyo plaza where there is a mall and lots of good option. Overall the hotel is nice. I would recommend this hotel.
