Room big, beds comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Location closed to amenities . Like the shuttle bus punctual and bus driver helpful. Feel safe, can walk around, good location. The rooms are huge especially if you’re coming in after a stay in Tokyo. If you are a bidet enthusiast be careful the pressure is also very strong, I think this is a bonus. Staff and rooms were very nice. There’s a bar in the basement so you can end the night strong. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is great in facility. Outside the hotel entrance is dark at night. When we request staff for shuttle to train station. We were told to sit ‘ wait at the lobby area. In fact, we missed the shuttle bus & have to order Uber to station right away. We almost miss our train to Kobe.

Wonderful hotel. The revolving restaurant onthe top is fabulous as is the teppan yaki restaurant downstairs. Great location with easy access to the train and subway stations
