The hotel is very close to Kyoto Station, making getting around the city very easy. It has a door in the hotel to a 24 hour Seven Eleven store, which also cuts a few steps to the station. How great is that? The breakfast buffet is wonderful for those who want to experience Japanese food. Sadly, too many Western tourists shy away from the opportunity to sample the very wide selection of Japanese menu items, which are all delicious. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of our trip. The room was a bit small as is common in Japan.

Beautiful hotel with an easy check in/check out system. Rooms are clean and had enough room to open a bigger suitcase. 7/11 attached to the hotel and you can enter through the lobby which is amazing. It is right across from the main train station and was super easy to access! 100% would stay here again!

Wonderful

Fabulous hotel just about 3 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. Room was amazingly designed with everything we needed. You pick up teas and coffees etc in foyer so you can take just what you need. Breakfast was good mix of all varieties including good western selections. Breakfast also wasn’t too crowded and plenty of tables. This is a brilliant place to stay if want to be close to trains.

Staff friendly and helpful

Our experience in this hotel was very good. The staff were great and nice. The receptionist helped me to recover my watch from the previous hotel where I stayed in Osaka. Nice people happy to help. The room was clean and spacious compared with other hotels in Japan. We will return to this place in case of a future trip. Thanks!

We love staying at this property. The hotel is very clean and staffs were very helpful. The location of the hotel is right opposite the Kyoto station which was really convenient for us to travel to different places. You won’t find any difficulties for finding food places as the hotel is located around shopping malls and restaurants

This Hotel was very nice for the price, very big lobby with a 7-11 attached directly to the lobby. Very nice room, you could watch your laundry in real time on the TV which was great. Close to malls, train station and other tourist destinations. The breakfast buffet was 20$ Canadian but had so much to choose from and is well worth the 20 dollars. Overall great stay.

This hotel was clean, had nice bed, shower and good staff. It was only 5 mins walk from Kyoto Station so it was very convenient to get around for catching the bus or the train. And since Kyoto Station has so many restaurants, shops and even a dept. store, Isetan, it was no problem to find dinner after a long day of sightseeing.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were spacious, the check in and out process was automated and so easy! They held our luggage for us when we arrived early and it was steps from Kyoto station! Not a lot of dining options around and the ones that were had lines or only took reservations but we did find a really good Ramen place around the corner which was great. I would stay here again!
