The front desk never answered the phone. For the price, not having the rooms cleaned or bell service is ridiculous. Hotels that cost 5 times less clean your room and have bell service. When I asked for more Tilley paper when the front desk finally answered they were soooooo rude. This hotel should not cost so much because the service is terrible and the amenities are non existent.
