Everything about cleanliness and comfort was very good. Was there during three days with the recent storm. Food was quite an issue. Was looking for complimentary breakfast. Wheee do young driving looking for food if there is a state of emergency and roads are dangerous?!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was mostly accommodating. The one thing I was really looking forward to was having a drink by the outdoor fire place that was not working. I was very disappointed in that.

Room was fine. Clean. Everything worked. They were full for the ski season, and everytime I went to get coffee, they were out. The breakfast was not available. People were polite, but not that helpful.

The front desk (Fitz) was super polite and helpful for my late arrival. The lobby was warm and welcoming in a very cold night. Checkin/checkout was easy and efficient. My room was very clean and I had a great night sleep.
