What I liked: comfortable beds and room temp (being able to adjust heat/cool/fan); guest services staff were friendly; and, the location was easy to find. I was given my room and it was never cleaned from the gues before so when i was given a different smaller room than what i paid for it stunk like cigarettes and was difficult to sleep. The pull out sleeper sofa had no sheets or pillows or blankets. I was also told there was no cleanong staff until the morning so there was nothing they can do

No Hot water

We stayed for a wrestling tournament and they had NO hot water at all for showers. I read this in the reviews from previous guests but had hoped that months later it wouldve been fixed so we decided to book anyways. But it was a mistake clearly.

Double Charged.

Upon checkin I was asked for credit card for incidentals. Instead I was charged for the room a second time. The desk clerk refused to give me a refund even when I showed her the receipt from third party app.

Only one ice machine on the ground level and did not disperse ice cubes, only slush. Missing bolts to hold down toilet, deadbolt on door did not work, updated vinyl flooring but poorly installed. The hotel seemed to be under construction, the front entrance was wrapped with yellow caution tape, so you could not unload your car under the front over hang in the rain. Sub-standard to other Choice hotels, however the room itself was clean.
