Very nice young woman at the counter, helpful and friendly. And the room was clean. The floor of the shower needs some help, it isnt the fault of the cleaner, I tried scrubbing it and it doesn't come off. KRC7 might work or bleach. I was disappointed the pool was closed.

The room was clean and smelled good. It was quiet and felt safe. There was a gas station and a restaurant nearby. The pool and fitness area were really good. I would definitely stay there again.

The pool was closed - without prior notice. I actually chose this hotel for the pool. I spoke to the front desk 3 days before check-in, mentioned the pool, and was not notified it was closed. There were actually quite a few cheaper hotels (without a pool) that I passed up to book with you. Frustrating
