The hotel is disgusting and smells like smoke out room was not cleaned and others personal items were still in the room.. they were very gracious and let us stay at the hotel next door.. thankful for that but I tried to book that hotel in the first place and they said they were booked.. grateful for the move it was a godsend!!

Everytime I walked into the room I got hit with a smell, I couldnt place it. It was like vanilla and flowers. I got an instant headache. The air in the room as a whole was very stale. I went out and bought lysol and febreeze to help with the smell

Used expedia for booking. THE GOOD: Checking in was FAST AND EAZY, it took 3 mins. Very nice and accommodating employees. THE BAD: $385 per night!! for a motel. Hotels/Motels take advantage of families moving in and out weeks when their kids in college. So dont book around aug and may. This was the cheapest within 20mile radius. Also NO HOT WATER!! apparently when guests uses it all at the same time hot water runs out.

It was awful! No hot water for two days. The last night because we complaint so much then they decided to switch us to hotel upfront. No assistance offered to move the items; phone not in working condition and we have to go back and forth through stairs since no one came to the room. I had a small child and it was horrible especially with all the rain.

Needs renovation

Too expensive and old for what they offer. The back door, close to our room didn't work. Floor with a big whole near the bed, flooring sticky, disgusting, shower needs renovation. I won't come back.

Only one night so we endured but this facility is in desperate need of upgrade. Railing on stairs wobbly, bathroom dirty, curtains couldn’t close all the way, no toilet seat cover (what’s up with that, so unsanitary), hallway smelled bad, partial rug under beds was damp and sticky, couldn’t get extra pillows, and then there was a major fight in the hallway outside our room around 1am…good times, not!

The BEST part was the terrific water pressure in the shower. That was so invigorating in the morning! I would put a single serve coffee maker in the lobby instead of the open pot that has probably been sitting for hours.

Nestled between 2 other hotels, so safe neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet, but curtain didn't open, so no natural light. Long-term residents hanging around lobby made it a little uncomfortable.

I was not aware that this property was providing housing for people in need. I had no problems with the residents and my stay was safe and my room and bed were clean. However, I did consider finding alternative lodgings when I quickly realized the change.
